CraftsVilla — Return of Order #[protected] received from 'www.craftsvilla.com' but till now have not received any responce from them. | |||
Hi Team, Have order a lehanga from 'www.craftsvilla.com' worth Rs 4999/-, and i received the order on 6th july, 2015.I am very much disappointed after receiving the product, it is not as per the image displayed on the site.The duppatta color is completely different (its black in image but i received a green one).The design quality doesnot seems nice at all.In the display they have mentioned the product is of 2KG but when i Received it was of 0.5 KG. Immediately i have decided to return the product(on 6th July, 2015) so i wrote a mail regarding returning of the product to '[protected]@craftsvilla.com' but till today i have not received any response from them, even if i tried calling to customer care number provided by Craftvilla([protected]) but i dod'nt receive any responce.I have request them to receive the product and deposit the money to my bank account. Before placing the order i have confirmed with craftvilla that there will be pickup servicing if we d'nt like the product but after 2 day its being notified that there is no pick up services and also the product should get delivered to the seller with in 7 dayof delivery date.If you guys respond to the mail after 2day then its not the write way of managing the customer and expecting the delivery with in 7 days.Also you people are not going to pay the charges of the post.
Anyhow i have posted the product to the seller and mailed the details to you, the product cost was RS.4999/- and as per my conversation with customercare of craftsvilla, request to transfer additional Rs 100/ to my bank account without giving the craftvilla voucher.
Please transfer (4999+100=5099/-)amount to the bank details shared with you in the email.Expecting the refund on time.
Really the services provided by craftvilla is very much unsatisfactory, will never suggest others .
