My sister has asked to refund and it has been two months they are saying money has been initiated but she hasnot recieved anything till now.Need to sue this online shopping.My close friend is a lawyer so i had already initiated the concerns against craftsvilla .Its under process. Warning !If the money is not refunded then no matter what i will not keep quiet will ensure your company will be sued as i know renowened lawyers.Take this matter into consideration Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have returned the item because of bad quality and waited for refund it's been 1 month the number provided is fake no one picks up call and not even a single message after return I will lot a complaint I make sure and in social media and file case against craftvilla and make sure everyone know abt how it cheats people
