Order placed on 06/11/2016, shipment received on 22/11/2016, wrong material received, so asked for return pickup, pickup done on 2811/2016, seller received on 01/12/2016. Informed by customer care that we want refund for the wrong supply on 2/12/2016. Send asked bank details on 2/12/2016. After a clear instruction also we have received vouchers on 9/12/2016. Now we are not able to access my id as forgot password and not able to reset as well. Same is informed while sending bank details to customer care. Since then every week i am calling customer care and still my issue is unresolved. Following are the names of your customer care rep with whom i am interacting: 1. Siddhesh 2. Shivam 3. Satbir 4. Jyotsna 5. Ajay 6. Shabbir 7. Ajeet And finally last but not the least team leader ms. Seema ghosh, Till my case will be resolved. Everytime i call your rep says kindly give us another 2 working days or 4 working days to resolve the issue, and when i says that last time also you said the same thing then they said that this is the last time we are asking for the time. I dont know how many reminders or escalation to finance team is required to qualify for refund.
