Ist email was written to customer care (Dated : 30th aug'17) I am trying to return the order (Id[protected] via system but it's not allowing me, probably because today is 30th aug'17 and the order got delivered in my absence to my neighbor on 22nd aug 17. It's beyond 7 days. I returned back today morning and when checked the order, it didn't turn out to be as per my expectation. I would like to exchange it for something else. Please, can you help me out with an exception being the new customer of craftsvilla (Ordered via crafts-vila for the first time) looking forward to a prompt resolution. Thanks in advance. Regards, Sirat riar Customer experience team 2nd email written my me dated : 30th aug'17 Hello sirat, I understand that it's not as per your policy however as mentioned that i was not in town and the delivery has been received by my neighbor. Only today morning i came back and got to see the product. I also understand that it's none of your business to understand my concern and situation, however, i also understand that the issue is not something which is impossible to handle. There has been a delay of 1 day in initiating the return process which i agree, is my fault. But it was not intentional as mentioned already. I have been a regular online customer using various other shopping sites. For the very first time, i have used your platform and got completely disappointed, not only with the product but with the post sales service as well. If you can do something, it is well and good or else i will ensure that i never use your service again in future.
