[Resolved] CraftsVilla.com — Wrong order delivered

I ordered a saree (Order no. :[protected] from crafrsvilla on 24.02.2017 which was to be delivered by 2.03.2017 but it was delivered on 9.03.2017 and that too wrong product. I orderd a yellow saree (Id: 3643664) but what i recieved is pink (I've uploaded a photo of that). Now today i have appealed for return request but i doubt that they may refuse to return and say that we delivered the right one.
What to do?
