Crazefobia.in — Payment done but order not received

I had purchased products from crazefobia.in worth Rs 1696 on 31st July 2020.The payment gateway was Razorpay .Trusting razorpay I proceeded for the payment .After the payment was made, I did not get any mail or message from crazefobia.in. I made numerous phone calls and emails but there is no response from their side. I haven't received the product yet.Now I realise that crazefobia.in is a fraud site .I would like to cancel my order and get the refund back. Please help me in getting my refund back. One suggestion for you is that please check the authenticity of the site in advance so that we customers don't have to face such problems. Hoping for a prompt response from your side.

The same thing happened with me also..i received the order number once i made the payment but after that i tried contacting them regarding order update, no reply to that. Placed order on 4th august 2020.

Me too ...ordered a product, paid cash and didn't get my order. No response from them . What to do??

I face the same problem.. And i am trying to get refund or my product to be delivered. But all tries get failed, coz they don't respond to any calls or mails.. I also spent Rs. 998/- for this product and get trapped. Help me if you find any solution.

I also faced the same problem. I payed Rs. 499 on 8 aug but I didn't recieved the order. This site is fraud. Please refund my order

I am also facing same problem.I ordered on 3Aug but didn't receive any parcel yet.They don't even reply to emails.
