Creative Infotech — fraud in the name of giving job

I gave an interview in the creative infotech for the quality control department in mahindra, mohali. They reached to me via phone call and told me to give the interview. I gave the interview and they told me that i am selected and i have to pay the fee of documents verification and i will receive the job letter after 15 days. Its now more than 15 days and they are not receiving my calls and whenever i visit their office they told me that they are working on my offer letter. They also refused to refund the 3000 i have paid to them. It's very frustrating thing to know that police is not doing anything on such fraud companies as they are in business from many years. Such kind of companies has to be banned and also thrir people has to be imprisoned for such frauds with the people. Freshers doesn't have enough money to fulfill their own needs. And in these cases when such companies made a fraud out of them, freshers can't do well to start their career. I have an humble request from consumer court that such companies has to be banned for good.
