Updated by [email protected] Even after numerous follow ups and chasing, no response yet from M/s SARE Team.
CREDAI tam is also seems to be helpless to chase them. I wonder what is the system to make such builders in CREDAI if a consumer hasto suffer like this. I have submitted all the required documents to their sales team required for the refund, but no positive reply from them.

Even after committing date of refund to me, SARE team has not fulfill the promise.

Is there any one who can help me...
I wonder what is the system to make such builders in CREDAI if a consumer has to suffer like this.
It seems CREDAI team is also seems to be helpless to chase them.

Updated by [email protected] In the last 1 years I have been follow and follow and follow to Sare team, but no results.
Either they are not responding to me or if they tend to negotiate with me and always give an new date. I am rely frustrated by this and seriously seeking help of your forum to kindly push my case and pressurize to the authorities of Sare to refund my money.

May I know Is there anybody who may reply for my payment refund status.

Detailed complaint:
Dear sir, have booked a 2bhk flat in soft launch of sare homes sec 92, manesar, gurgaon, haryana, india (Crescent parc) one of the project in 7 april 2014 with an amount of 8 lacs (Against eoi). I have put my case to sare for withdraw my amount due to below reasons;. The project was supposed to be launched in oct.-14, but it got delayed by delayed more than 1.5 year. At the time of booking it was a 2bhk (Size around ~ 1100 sq. Ft. @ 5499/sq. Ft.), but suddenly the size has been changed to 1250 sq. Ft. And converted into 3 bhk, which is not in budget. I have done so many follow ups in the sare gurgaon sector 92 sites and their head office udyog vihar, duet house but till date no positive response from their side. I am a hard earner of the money and collected the amount by years of savings, also i booked this project because of credai registered and i have full faith in it. Kindly help me to get my hard earned money (Inr 8 lacs) back with the interest.
