I purchased sofa covers sold by credibility solutions private limited from the clubfactory website on june 30th, a few days later i was told that the product is out of stock so the order was cancelled on 17th july 2020. It's been 45 days today that the refund hasn't been processed back to me. I have been trying to contact the website but there's no reply, i tried to contact the seller directly, but still no response. Kindly look into the matter and revert back immediately.
