Credit Card — I am complaining about my credit card issue | |||||
Hi axis bank, I like to inform you i apply for neo credit card 2 times, but i don't know why they diclined my card request, i submitted all the valid document, and my salary in hand 21000, and my salary account also axis bank, but i don't know why it was diclined 2 times. For the next month i am going to remove my salary account to axis bank and also i want to blocked my account. Really a worst customer service provided by axis bank. As my credit card is supposed to delivered in 10 of Nov but now in status or in blue dart tracking it's showing landmark is needed. My landmark is behind veterinary hospital.
