Citibank Credit Card — Over billing | |||
Dear Sir, I am holding Citibank Credit Card no. [protected]. Against my this card I received monthly statement for the period from 14th January 2013 to 12th February 2013 with payment due date 1st March,2013. As per statement the total payable / due amount shown in the summary is Rs. 39062.25 whereas as per the details of individual transactions the total payable / due amount works out Rs. 37062.25. Thus Rs.2000/- extra has been shown in the summary. Accordingly I have made full payment of Rs. 37062.25 within the due date. I would request you to please reconcile / correct the error so that I am not penalised by charging interest by you assuming that payment of full amount of monthly bill has not been made by me within the due date. Citibank — Credit Card Billing
Dear ExecutiveFor the citibank credit card bearing the number [protected] holded by Sateesh Boganadham, in the interest to close the account after talking to customer care I made a payment of INR 10000 rupees through cheque on 1st April 2005 and authenticated to close the card. I was also confirmed the same as I remember.
Where as after this I was send lot of net remainders only on the payment dew as below till today. As the email Id to which these are being sent is not a frequent one, I happen to see them recently and I am writing this mail to contact the same.
Few of the remainder in the order are given below:

I request to clarify me on any problem from my side in closing the card. I used the card with good faith and closed the same when I found it difficult to manage but what happened after closing the card leaves a poor impression on the bank.
Kindly help to get things resolved.
I raised the same with citibank and waiting for there response. Can you please guide from consumer perspective on what I should be doing now.

respected sir,from last few months i am using first citizen credit card of citibank which number is [protected] and i have been deposit my bill regularly but now they are demanding me more amount which i did not spend so please check my credit card bill and justify with me.
