Mukesh v, I am feeling the same way. It's truly a cheater and fraud company. I have been fighting for my money to refund as they have not issued my policy even after 11 days without any concern or query and they are not responding.
The company is fraud as mentioned by you guys. I had booked couple of policies and later had to change the dates. So they prompted me to book two new policies which I did. They assured me the old policies will be cancelled but it's been 7 weeks and I am still chasing them.
I contacted the companies individually, they never got any request from Policy Bazaar guys.
I can also tell the names - Varun, Shivangi, Shubank, Rohit, Anirudh.
Varun is the one who is dealing with the refund side, whenever I am calling them they keep apologising and repeating same thing.
I wish I should have booked the policies in UK and never gone to Policy Bazaar.
They are simply pathetic and bunch of crooks. Sorry they are and believe me if their business model stays like that, soon they will be wiped away.
I am planning to take some legal action as they probably would have fooled several innocent customers like me.
Regards
Sunny

Policy Bazaar is fraud company don't buy anything from them...They are cheater...
I was searching for car policy online through policy bazaar website, and after filling the required information one of the policy bazaar employee called me for this policy and started communication with me. He called me various times even he approached me on my WhatsApp chat and forced me to purchase this policy from him so that he can able to meet his monthly targets.
After my refusal he told me that he will pass on 50% discount from policy bazaar and I will get same benefits which my offline broker is giving me. He sent me one quotation also and told me to do the payment online and confirm him. I used same link and do the payment and this policy was generated successfully.
After one month my car met with accident and went for repair after repairing Insurance company called me that you availed 50% NCB while you are eligible for 20% only. Then I visited New India assurance site and made payment of 1143/- which was 30% of NCB as well as Insurance company told me that they will deduct 30% from my claim amount also as per some guidelines. Then I have done payment of 28670/- to the service center as a difference while I have opted Nil Depreciation policy. I called Policy bazaar various times as always get reply that they will check call recordings and other evidences and get back to me within 24 to 48 hours but till now I have not received any confirmation from them, while I have shared all the information regarding his employee.
Here requesting you please take appropriate actions against policy bazaar so that I can get my money back and they will also not do same thing with other Indian citizens.
