[Resolved]  Policy Bazaar — Compliant regarding unprofessional behavior by sales representative

Dear PolicyBazaar Customer Support,

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the conduct of one of your sales representatives during a recent phone call.

The representative used harsh and inappropriate language, including remarks suggesting that I was not genuinely interested in purchasing insurance and was merely browsing the website. Such assumptions and tone were unprofessional and made the interaction uncomfortable.

I request that this matter be looked into seriously, and appropriate action be taken to ensure a more respectful and customer-friendly approach in future interactions.
