[Resolved]  Randstad India Ltd — DELAY OF MY EPF CLAIM SETTLEMENT

Dear Sir,

I Neelesh .M.Hangaragi worked in Randstad India Ltd. for the client (SBI Cards & Payment Services Private Limited) from 23rd Dec 2010 To 12th June 2012 & right from this date I resign this job.

I submit my EPF Amount in August 2012 in Randstad India Ltd. office in Mumbai Branch.& they tell me that the EPF amount settled in 6 six months. After some days I get the information by email form the Randstad India Ltd. office employees that the claim has been submitted to EPF Office But till date total 8 months are gone I don't know what happen i don't get my EPF claim & the company employees are totally neglected me & they don't take a any serious action. I inquiring in every week but they don't give me a proper reply. So can you please take the necessary action to get my EPF Amount.
