[Resolved]  Shiftthoughts Consulting Pvt. Ltd. — Cheated by shift thoughts totally fraud company

Dear sir, I have a HDFC bank credit card holder, card no. XXX XXXX XXXX 7446 I want to inform you that i got call from shift thought[protected] from delhi narayna They said that it was a verification call for card and told me every single detail about my card from my card number to my house address and contact details also. After that received another call and they told that u have 7000 points are in my account and this can be redeemed against Shift thoughts product. when I said no they said that you can accept the order and this will be adjusted in some other account and i will get 20 to 25% discount for any purchase with condition to accept this Shift thoughts product first and for this amount of Rs. 6399 has to be paid from credit card initially they told me that you have to pay this amount by EMI they also give me EMI transaction NO.ST57890251 but when i confirmed with bank the directlly ignore.shift thought sales associates told me about many thing regarding discount card, they said me that i got discount every place where i pay by credit card, debit card or by cash excepted big bazar where i can get discount then finally i took that card and spend Rs.6399 but after received discount card and booklet there are no any single place where i can get discount even sales associate said me about EMI its totally fraud they said me also if you not get discount there then u can call me directly we are help you but after receiving card they not pick up my phone every word of shift thoughts were wrong.I want to log a case against them for This is a fraud company and should be banned i want Full refund my amount. I am only saying that i want my money refund which was deduct from my HDFC Credit card [protected] name by Chintu tiwari. I need My money Back thanks & regards chintu tiwari [protected]
