Dear taem, i have cleared entire amount of home credit loan no - [protected] having ndc.. But stil same is appearing on report as overdue whichbis incorrect, as well currently only one loan is going on of acis which is paid regular ontime same is also not updated on site, hence please look in to the matter. I can proved ndc copy for your reference..

    There is having two loans reflecting in my cibil report. Details are mention below.

    1- one is business loan of inr 50k.

    2- 2nd loan is kcc agriculture loan of inr 2.25lacs.

    As per my side these loans are not belongs to me. I had also enquiry about these loans & these loans pertains to pan nb. (Dpips5491p) & aadhar nb[protected] in the name of surrender s/o sh ram kumar from pnb mudlana branch, distt. Sonipat.

      At the time of renewal of cc branch verify my cibil and show another loan availed on above pan this was negative position show my cibil.

        My pan card number adlpk5720h issued on 08.03 1999. And same no duplicate pan issued of same name another person sanjay kumar 17th bn itbp reckongpeo kalpa on 27.09.2006. Resulting my sbi account merge and mismatch my credit report summary. Another person taken personel loan from another h. P branch 24.03.12 and 27.05.15 by my same pan. Resulting his loan account no [protected]&[protected] shown my bank report summary. I complaint and my pan no is actual and another person new pan no issued eqhpk3433c on 31.10.2016.
        Please delete 2 no closed sbi personel loan of another person in my credit summary.

          In this cibil report there is an entry in accounts column there is an amount of rs.4331/- written off dated 21.3.2013 and the details are not available. I do not know how the amount mentioned is written off. As far as i know there is not dues pending to any bank. Pl provide the details of the amount written off so that i can repay the amount.

            Since jan-2016 i have shared details on how kotak misled me with cibil. Kotak reversed neft after four days and applied penalty showing non-payment in2014. Raised request with nodal officer and she apologised and also asked reversal which never happened from kotak and on contrary compounded penalty applied which wa sunpayable. I paid all my dues to the tune of eight lacs by deducting wrong-penalty applied till 2015. Thereafter, i met more than 2 dozen people in kotak and all agreed that there was some fault in bank uncorrected but no one corrected it - instead shamelessly kotak went "out of gurgaon jurisdiction" and filed case in mumbai thinking i would not visit. Since 2016 we have filed responses and details of transactions with arbitrator but no one from kotak attended to arbitrator calls now for more than 3 years 7 months and continue to impact cibil report. This is unethical and illegal. I sent you posted documents twice since jan 2016 and i request you to act against kotak and mention 'subjudice' since 2016 unless you are hands-in-glove with kotak. I intend filing fraud case against kotak ceo if they do not act professionally and feels pil against cibil misuse.

                I am facing so much. I have taken loan from kotak mahindra bank paying per month loan emi 8945 p. M. Which is on very high rate of interest somebody told me rate of interest 3% but i have recd statement interest amount is 24% which is very high.

                Also i have applied loan from my previous company's salaries account and my loan emi's cut through ecs now i have left the job from that company, but i am paying my emi's through another bank by neft but kotak bank showing my 11 emi's bounced whereas i am paying regularly my emi's from another bank only 1 emi is pending from my end.. My cibil is down only reason from kotak bank. I don't understand you guy's proving your customers good services or creating a problems with them.

                I can't apply loan from anywhere due to my cibil is down.

                Kotak customer care department is saying visit branch and discuss the same thing. But i am not able to go bank in this time due to some problems.

                  Hi,

                  I am Dangaraboina Ramesh, I have two wrong items are popup in CIBIL report.
                  1. I applied ICICI Bank Credit card on Jun 2015 and I received PIN of that credit card but I am not received card. But I received Credit card payment statements. I recently approach ICICI credit card customer care and they were reverse all charges. I have received amount reversal statement on Feb 19. But My CIBIL report is still showing credit card outstanding amount.

                  2. I took Consumer loan at Capital first. I clear two loans and I received NO objection Certificates from Capital First and It is not updated in CIBIL Report.

                  kindly help me on this. For your reference I have attached all document for proof.

                  It Causing I am not getting any Loans.

                    The explaination for my current CIBIL Score is not justfied at all! The factors over which it is determined are totally false. These wrong reasons are causing problems in taking business loans from banks.

                    Firstly, although I have neither delayed any payement nor have I caused any delinquency but on the very front page, they have mentioned that total delinquencies are too high.

                    Secondly, all the loans that I had taken from banks in the past are fully repayed without any issues but yet, they have mentioned derogatory trade occurences.

                    I hope that my issues will be immediately dealt with. I look forward to a solution as soon as possible.

                      I have closed the consumer loan DMI[protected] In the month of November 2018 .. the same is getting in reflected in my cibil score today as I have already mailed so many times to the lender but I got no response from there side neither they are helping me to get it closed.. they only say that loan has been closed from our side. I am facing this problem that whenever I go to bank for loan they say me your payment is pending but I have cleared that what's my fault in this this.. the lender is irresponsible .

                          Bank has generated my mother’cibil score and it shows -1. However in past i have taken home loan and paid in time one regular basis, because of this score now bank has to charge 0.15% more rate on interest on housing loan. I request you kindly update my score as my previous track record of loan. We want to take loan from bank and due to cibil score we have to paid more interest on our home loan. I hope that after checking my mother’s loan track record company should change/update score.

                            I already discused on 19/01/2019 on branch. With out my knowledge applyed prime minister jhan dhan yojana overdraft scheme in my account. After long days i aplying loan i strugle with this problems. 19/01/2019 with ur knowledge i closed my overdue amount and collected noc and also closed my account, u told with in one month cibil automaticaly clear in ur cibil. But till not update in cibil. I also checked with cibil. Kindly do the needful for cibil score.

                              CIBIL services does not have updated details, they wanted the consumer to pay for CIBIL scoring only then the proper information is provided. Looks like a big scam.
                              I'm also undergoing the same problem, I 've proper records in savings, Credit Cards, and loans those are not reflecting in the score and also one bank Credit card which which was under my wife name and closed with no due balance, do not understand why that reflects under my name. When I tried reaching there CEO Mr. Satish Pillai through LinkedIn, the very next day I got a call from one of there employee and discussed the matter in detailed during 11th Nov 2018.
                              Told the executive very clearly, and she mentioned that they would get my account update ASAP with all my present bank account details which I shared with them.
                              But to my vain my problem is still not till date and also there is no update in my account. My profile has been rejected by banks based on this CIBIL score which is completely incorrect. Why does a consumer has to pay any third party to check his financial credit ability.

                              Why should I pay when my records which are correct that to some third party. Why Banks are based on CIBIL scoring for loans and Credit cards.

                              Why should a consumer go and tell the bank to update his personal information to CIBIL score.

                              I feel CIBIL scoring should be banned.

                                kisan credit card overdue

While asking to cusmer he said he had never taken any kisan credit card. The credit card is showing overdue 3059/- opened date 05.01.2011 sanctioned amt-32000/-. His pan card no is bxepk9662g. Kindly check the detail and clear it from cibil report....

                                Sir, my name is macha saradhi s/o subbaiah presently staying in hyderabad. my pan card no is arspm-6523f. I have two issues which will be closed long back but the same reflected in my cibil. Those are :- 1. Syndicate bank consumer loan a/c no [protected]. The ac was closed on 27 apr 2018 and another one with union bank business loan priority sector - agriculture. The ac was closed on 19 jan 2015 but the same still shown in cibil. Due to the above issues my cibil score deteriorated. so please look into the issues and close the same at your end.

                                  I am shocked when i saw my personal information & account information has been changed as below.
                                  1. Name changed from kiran s to karan sandhu and the dob, gender remains same.
                                  2. Vote id & ration card details has been updated which does not belong to me.
                                  3. Contact information has been changed.
                                  4. E mail id has been changed form kiran. [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@gmail.com which is fake.
                                  5. Many unrelated account numbers and consumer loans is linked to my id which is not at all belongs to me.
                                  6. Dispute ids: cds[protected], cds[protected], cds[protected], cds[protected] etc...

                                    Loan account closed but status in cibil is active. So please changed the status active to close for the account of bank of india. I am ratan kanti hira, pan no agpdh0947g. My bank of india loan account no outstanding pending amount is more than 120000 but the said amount already paid by me more than 1 year, still the loan account status is active. So please changed the status from active to closed.

                                      Respected sir/mam
                                      Some wrong loans are reflecting in my cibil. Loans of icici bank and canara bank does not belong to me. I personally contacted to both banks and they give me clearance that loans reflecting does not belong to me. Both these banks mail to cibil. But these loans are still reflecting in my cibil. I raised 3times dispute grievance and send many mails but got no positive response from cibil. Kindly pay attention to it. I already put one more mails against cibil in consumer forum.
