Dear, Sir/Madam.
i am a paid member of CIBIL and checks my cibil records on frequent basis, i had a score of 824 until[protected], On[protected] my score has dropped drastically to 724 (100 points drop).i dont have any cheque bounces, no overdue, no latepayment, no pending payments nothing, In my cibil recored all the entries are showing that i am manitaining my financial dealings accurately and timely maner. Irrespective of these good factor CIBIL has reduced my score without any resasons, i have contacted CIBIL on[protected] and raise a dispute (Request#:[protected] to resolve this issue they informed me via email that they will getback to me within 30 days (that is by or before 6th January 2022)but they didnt do that so i have contacted them again on 7th January 2022 and requested to escalate the issue (Service Request Number[protected], they told me to wait fo 7 more days to get resolution, today i have called after the waiting period, but still they dont have any resolution or update, they told me its still in progress when i asked for an ETA they said they can't say any date on which it will be resovled, I strongly believe that it is mistake from CIBIL team who has done something worng in my CIBIL records which caused the sudden drop of 100 points being a customer i have done all part from my end i always maintained my financial affairs accurately and timely manner, but still if CIBIL treat the genuine customers like this then what we can do, i cant apply for a loan or card or nor avail any EMI option because of my Low score, i strugged last 10 years to bring the score to 824 which now CIBIL has destroyed without any reasons. Sir/Madam, i would request you to help me to get a accurately and timely resoluiton on this issue and to get my Score back 824. as CIBIL team themself confirmed to me over the call that they dont see any irregularities in my account then why this happend for which they dont have an answer.
Pleaes help me to get speedy resoluiton from CIBIL.
