Hi,
this is bidyut sahaji and my concern is that i have taken a loan form mobikwik and the loan no is
dxdel[protected] with rs40, 000/- form icred lender consumer loan but in cibil show another more loan ac no
dxbng[protected] with same leneder icred rs 1, 50, 000 with emi 5324 where i dont have any such types of personal loan i have already rise a dispute on cibil portal but resolution since 1 month and more and where i have entered the icred site where i see that show emi 5214 that i dnt have this loan please find out the wrong help me out this .

    Hai this is kothapalli kalyan kumar iam cibil subscriber member, today I checked my credit report in my credit report there is 2 late payments, in that 1. First late payment My credit card activated with Auto Debit option, I alredy paid Minimum Due remaining not transferred to next month because of Auto Debit remaining amount Check bounced this is not my mistake banks mistake. So I closed my sbi credit card because of that late payment
    2. After that above issue I alreted Till now there is no late payments in my payments I paid upto date, but credit report shows 2 Late payments why this type of service I really feel worst about this issue I lost nearly 35 score this is worst thing

    Please kindly remove that Late payments from my credit report
    Don't repeat this kind of activities

      My name is Sandip Kumar, PAN No-CDVPK7570F, mail [protected]@gmail.com, and my contact number is -[protected]. in my CIBIL loan of Rs.16, 57, 424 is showing which is not belongs to me. it is also overdue by 5343 days which impact on my CIBIL and create problem in the transfer of my house loan.

      So please help in removing the same from my CIBIL....

Now sha has taken another pan No CAMPJ6729H by using forged documents And also opened current bank account by this forge Pan No in indusind Bank branch Industry House AB Road Indore having account No[protected] And saving Account in Jana small Finance Bank Ltd branch Kalani Nagar indore having account no [protected] And filling forged Income tax returns by forged pan no CAMPJ6729H And trying to take many loans with An sole object to default them like from previous pan no AITPJ7610C.

          There has been many instances where Banks & NBFC's have shared incorrect information with CIBIL and every time I have raised disputes with CIBIL there has been no action taken by CIBIL on it. The only default answer I have received everytime is CIBIL is a platform for all lenders which gives a bird's eye view about the borrower.

          I dont know how this complaint system works here, but my question is if CIBIL is allowing to share my personal information on their platform then why are they not accountable to the accuracy of the information. Its high time RBI takes note of this problem where borrowers are suffering because banks and NBFC's licensed by RBI try to armtwist consumers using CIBIL, Experion and other rating agencies.

            I have a dispute regarding a two-wheeler loan processed by Hero Fin Corp which I do not own but linked in my PAN. It is important to mention here that the loan is running since the year 2019 for which I was unaware and the payment of the same by the borrower has not been done/late payment has been done since the last 1 year due to which my Credit Score was modified and decreased by CIBIL. This issue was also raised with CIBIL in this regard on 03.01.2022 vide Dispute ID CDS[protected] as well as Hero Fincorp Limited on 19.02.2022. After raising the dispute I received the acknowledgment from CIBIL with Dispute ID CDS[protected] where it was mentioned that the turnaround time to resolve my issue is 30 days. But from 03.01.2022 to 18.02.2022 it has been 46 days and I have not received any response from CIBIL till today i.e. 18.02.2022 which shows the negligency regarding the issue raised by me in front of Transunion CIBIL seriously. A necessary action needs to be required in this regard.

                  Hi team

                  This my request to please consider genuine companies only for tracking cibil score. I am getting mentally disturbed because of dhani loan even though it’s been paid they are not closing loans it’s been 6 months still showing in app as due. Lot of complain I have raised but dint got any solution. Rating of this company is very bad in google reviews. Please consider a well reputation banks for cibil calculations.

                      Wrong cibil report generated

                      His is to inform you about the wrong reports generated and flashed in my account statement by CIBIl authorityk, the statement shows that I had availed a Housing loan of Rs 319000/- ( Rupees Three Lakhs Nineteen Thousand ) in the year 2016 somewhere, for which I am totally disagreeing, My cibil got badly hitted due to this,

                      I had an Home loan in IDBI bank and was paying the amount regularly at 10th day of every month. But last previous year (2020) in pandemic situation, IDBI bank introduced the moratorium from April 2020 and the EMI amount not debited. It is now impacted on my credit score as its mentioned as late/delayed payment. Could you please correct it ? or let me know if any thing required at my end.

                      Already raised this issue to CIBIL and they replied back that they are not responsible for updating the account details information in CIBIL score until bank confirm

                        Dear, Sir/Madam.

                        i am a paid member of CIBIL and checks my cibil records on frequent basis, i had a score of 824 until[protected], On[protected] my score has dropped drastically to 724 (100 points drop).i dont have any cheque bounces, no overdue, no latepayment, no pending payments nothing, In my cibil recored all the entries are showing that i am manitaining my financial dealings accurately and timely maner. Irrespective of these good factor CIBIL has reduced my score without any resasons, i have contacted CIBIL on[protected] and raise a dispute (Request#:[protected] to resolve this issue they informed me via email that they will getback to me within 30 days (that is by or before 6th January 2022)but they didnt do that so i have contacted them again on 7th January 2022 and requested to escalate the issue (Service Request Number[protected], they told me to wait fo 7 more days to get resolution, today i have called after the waiting period, but still they dont have any resolution or update, they told me its still in progress when i asked for an ETA they said they can't say any date on which it will be resovled, I strongly believe that it is mistake from CIBIL team who has done something worng in my CIBIL records which caused the sudden drop of 100 points being a customer i have done all part from my end i always maintained my financial affairs accurately and timely manner, but still if CIBIL treat the genuine customers like this then what we can do, i cant apply for a loan or card or nor avail any EMI option because of my Low score, i strugged last 10 years to bring the score to 824 which now CIBIL has destroyed without any reasons. Sir/Madam, i would request you to help me to get a accurately and timely resoluiton on this issue and to get my Score back 824. as CIBIL team themself confirmed to me over the call that they dont see any irregularities in my account then why this happend for which they dont have an answer.
                        Pleaes help me to get speedy resoluiton from CIBIL.
