I have a 1962 company and we have a very good repayment record of our various loans like car/home/business etc.

Last year during covid, moratorium was announced by rbi and some banks/nbfcs had given us the same and rbi had announced the same wont affect any cibil report. But cibil has taken responsibilty on themselves despite rbi notification.

Our wrong loans were reported to the amount of rs 10 crores and other companies had availed the same and it was reported in our company cibil reports.

Loans which were closed 10 years ago and noc given but still cibil not removing them.

Its been going on since more than 1 year and cibil has made my company rank from 3 to 10.

We have contacted all their higher management people and nobody is doing anything and only giving mails that we are working on it.

Ms harshala chandorkar, coo of cibil is also not doing anything despite us mailing her repeatedly.

We have to remove cibil from our country and all bankers are saying public are being harassed by them since covid.

We have all proofs with us of 12 months.

          When I checked my cibil report I found unauthorised credit enquiries from IDFC and FIARASSETS on[protected]. I have not authorised these enquiries. I'm concerned about how enquiries were made without my permission. And I also can see that a new personal loan has opened by IDFC first bank which I'm not aware about. Please take necessary actions and remove those enteries from my cibil report. My control number of cibil is [protected]. Please contact [protected] for additional information

                  I had generated a CIBIL Report Control Number : 3, 867, 936, 832 Date : 30/04/2021.In the report there is a written off amount by SBI Cards which they have reported although they are aware of pending consumer court case as well as Lok Adalat case .CIBIL had been intimated along with proof of pending dispute .till date CIBIL has not made any change or added any remark to the report inspite of proof, thereby partnering SBI Cards in wrong reporting which is Offence under CIRCA Act. Why CIBIL wrong doing should not be challenged in High Court along with RBI being a party as its responsibility of RBI to see that its statutory instructions and circulars are adhered to. Awaiting Response.

                      I had a very good CIBIL Score of around 780 in Oct 2020. But from March 2021 it is showing "Credit record not held". Despites several complaints and regular calls to CIBIL, no action is being taken. A standard reply "My team is working on it" . I did not get housing loan. and paying interest to Seller for delay in Loan formalities. There is no mechanism to take action against CIBIL for mental trauma it is causing . How many are being harassed like me, If they can't maintain the data, they should be removed as Credit Bureau . They should be made accountable under law for their inefficiency .

                        I am complaining to rectify my credit report and dispute my CIBIL account information follow the instructions given by CIBIL customer care on regular basis but till now they do not change anything because I am suffering from medical issues but can not take loan on my bank due to dispute account information shows that finance company and cibil site is at fault and i am suffering from this situation its painful that finance company and cibil report wrong information And even after complaining many times nothing is changed. You are requested to work through complaint team to rectify this.

                            Respected CIBIL Team and Board Members,

                            When someone initiated for Loan or cards or something financially related, Lenders are immediately updating the Inquiry and record is fetching immediately in CIBIL irrespective of the final sanction. But where as " When the consumer paid in full, why the account is not reflecting as "CLOSED" immediately.

                            Also, there must be a rule to lenders to update exact lending request inquiry before processing a loan or card. Ex: If i applied for home loan of 50 Lacs, Lender fetching CIBIL Score by furnishing 55 Lacs, or 40 Lacs etc.

                            CIBIL is most useless Organisation which does not have any credibility. They have one simple line "our team is working on it". My innocent please are victimised and subjected to trauma due to inefficiency of CIBIL and glitches in its Data. There should be a mechanism to file legal complaint against Cibil for harassing honest citizens .

                                12 years back there was a card of 10000 limit i owed 7000 where I settled about for 3000 as per the executive...suddenly they gave it to kotak and started demanding and harassing to pay around 20000 or 30000 ..why should I pay...now I can see in cibil for 51000...

                                  I was guarantor for a vehicle loan from HLF (Hinduja leyland finance)
                                  The primary applicant was my husband
                                  We already paid total amount and closed this loan
                                  But it is reflecting default in my cibil report, due to this I am facing difficulty to take a bank loan,

                                  Kindly please check and inform cibil to remove defualt status from cibil report. In the current situation facing many financial issues sir.

                                    Hi,
                                    I had issue with my Samsung Fridge unfortunately I called the toll free number [protected] thinking as Samsung authorized dealer but they are not and cheated me saying from Samsung.
                                    They tried to rectify the repair and changed some parts and charged me Rs 3450 without bill eventhough chasing for it for week but no use.
                                    My problem with Fridge is not resolved and they are rude in answering From where they came all...
