[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — CIBIL report is not generated after paying the money | |||||
Hi, My name is Shivaram K and living in Bangalore. My complain is, I have purchased TransUnion CIBIL report on 13th Feb 2017 by paying Rs.550 from my Credit Card but I have not got the report and I have called the Customer Care of CIBIL but they are saying that I have not made any payment but my credit card bank is saying that payment is already claimed from the CIBIL. I have sent a mail to CIBIL ([protected]@cibil.com) for the clarifications but so far I have not received any response from them. I wanted the report very urgently so I have tried again to take the report hence I have paid again by different credit card twice but the result is same. I have paid trice but not received the service from them the nor the response for what had happened. Please resolve this issue ASAP or else i will go to RBI or Cyber crime dept. but when i login to MYCIBIL account, it shows only one.. but Credit institutions tells me that its showing 2 PAN CARDS.
Request you to please resolve my query and get my CIBIL rectified as I am facing a lot of problem due to this.
