I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against M-Pokket App for not updating the status of my loan repayment and delayed payments on my CIBIL, Experian, and Equifax credit reports.
I had taken a loan from the M-Pokket app, but unfortunately, they did not close the loan on time. After fulfilling my repayment obligations, I reached out to M-Pokket to request a No Dues certificate, confirming that the loan had been fully paid off. After some time, they provided me with the No Dues certificate, which states that all dues had been cleared, and the loan was officially closed.
Following this, I submitted the No Dues certificate to the CIBIL, Experian, and Equifax websites, expecting them to update my records and remove the delayed payments from my credit reports. However, despite taking these steps, the delayed payments are still appearing on my credit reports with all three agencies, which is negatively affecting my credit score.
I kindly request your assistance in ensuring that the late payments are removed from all of my credit reports, as they no longer reflect the accurate status of my loan repayment.
