[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — False Loan account showing in my PAN

Hi I have applied for a loan which is getting rejected due to an auto loan is showing in my account to my bank. I took my credit report and there is no were this loan is reflecting, but ICICI shared me a screen shot of my account (which was taken from ICICI from CIBIL Portal only) where auto loan reflecting. The customer care is not at all helping only stating Server Down they can't help.
I need a NOC from CIBIL regarding clear status of the loan, however I have not taken any loan earlier. My Control Number is [protected]

Once you have raised the dispute CIBIL’s Dispute Resolution Team will analyze and route the dispute to the respective Credit institutions for confirmation. Please remember that CIBIL cannot modify any information in the database without confirmation from the relevant Credit Institutions.
