[Resolved]  Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Harassment by cibil with regards to company rank

I have a 1962 company and we have a very good repayment record of our various loans like car/home/business etc.

Last year during covid, moratorium was announced by rbi and some banks/nbfcs had given us the same and rbi had announced the same wont affect any cibil report. But cibil has taken responsibilty on themselves despite rbi notification.

Our wrong loans were reported to the amount of rs 10 crores and other companies had availed the same and it was reported in our company cibil reports.

Loans which were closed 10 years ago and noc given but still cibil not removing them.

Its been going on since more than 1 year and cibil has made my company rank from 3 to 10.

We have contacted all their higher management people and nobody is doing anything and only giving mails that we are working on it.

Ms harshala chandorkar, coo of cibil is also not doing anything despite us mailing her repeatedly.

We have to remove cibil from our country and all bankers are saying public are being harassed by them since covid.

We have all proofs with us of 12 months.

Mails, cibil reports everything.
