Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Not resolving disputes | |||||
Have raised the following disputes to cibil 1) cds[protected], cds[protected] (Control no.[protected])- have raised the dispute for update my correct email, contact detail and my name against my pan no.. Cibil has not resolved the same yet. Customer care said they can't update details without credit institution confirmation and at the same time said that myself have to reach the credit institution for correction of these details. Please note that these details are not mine and of any third party and i am not aware to which credit institution i have to refer this case. Not even cibil is sending any intimation email to the respective credit institution for checking the correctness of the details updated against my cibil report. This is creating unnecessary problem for me as due to incorrect reporting in my cibil report my loans are getting stuck and my life is getting pathetic. Also i tried to escalate this within cibil but there is not contact person for this. Have tried cibil website for escalating the case but it is asking for service request number but when i tried to generate serivce number online by raising complaint then website is not working. Cibil website is not very user friendly and customer care do not have resolution for any problem. 2) cds[protected] (Control no - [protected])- this dispute was raised to update my correct adhaar and removal of third party sbi loan account. Please note that sbi loan account was removed but adhaar was not updated. Even after removal of sbi account from my report cibil is keep sending the intimation to sbi for removal of account and there is no intimation was sending for adhaar updation which is still reflecting in my report. I don't know if cibil is blindly working without looking into the exact dispute. Every loan i am applying for is keep on getting rejecting because of cibil unwillingness and udpate correct detail against my report. I am actually very much frustrated because i don't know to whom i have to contact for correction of my cibil report details. Was this information helpful? | |||||
