I (Paras k. Bora pano. Aaepb3532c) have applied credit card with amex bank, then i come to know that i will not get credit card due to cibil score. So i want to know form you, who has given authority to you, damaging anyone's credit image without giving an opportunity being heard or by correspondence. And it is against the principle of natural justis as per our constitution of india because you con't do justis on information of one side. And also you must know that, how fraudulant practice is doing by banks and credit cards companies for charging interest on housing loans on higher side and inrease the roi without intimation and correponding no roi is reduced even reduced by rbi and they don't entertain our complaints so how can you without giving an opportunity for our complaints and hence i request you to kindly look in to the matter and i expect justics from you
