Dear Sir, since long a credit card outstanding showing in my CIBIL account, pl go through the case history and help me out from this unwanted dispute. in Apr 2008 i was using a credit card of ABN amro bank which i was cancelled in April due to transfer from Surat and paid all the dues as well that time in May 2008 i got the excess amount refund from the bank as well after some time ABN Amro bank was closed and sell the portfolio to RBS RBS demanding me he amount of 45000/- as outstanding against the card which was already surrendered since the day one i provide all the documents to all but no resolution has come pl request to you help me Was this information helpful? | |||
