Credit Mantri — Cheating by misguiding | |||||
They told that they will increase my cibil score and will delete my negetive marks. But they are totally fraud and cheater. They even refused to giving my money back. There executive pritam sinha refused to pay me back my amount of rs. 863/- this company is totaly fraud. Once upon before 6-7 years i had a credit card of hdfc bank crdit card, on without doing shoping they imposec chrges of rs, approx. 5000/-. I told to bank that i did not purchad any thing but they refused for that. Then i paid there amount after doing settlement. Due to angry with the bank i tokld to hdfc bank for closing my credit card account. Pritam sinha from crditmantri.com told me that then can help me for delete that negative marking from my cibil score. After charging by me 863/- on 5 may 2017 they told me for doing payment of balance amount of hdfc bank then it will be deleted, they are cheated me and did fraud.
