I received a WhatsApp message from Credit Mantri on Feb 01, 2025 regarding closing my negative accounts and becoming eligible for future loans. The message stated:

Hello KARISHMA,

We've noticed a change in your Credit Score, which now stands at 725.

Have you missed any recent EMI payments on your loan? Our Credit Coach can assist you. Discover how our Credit Improvement Service can help resolve your negative account(s)!

Interested in learning more? Click weurl.co/AMjGgh for additional information.

If you don't want to receive updates on WhatsApp, please reply "STOP" to this message.

Believing this to be a genuine service, I made a payment of Rs. 1, 870 on Feb 2, 2025 through the provided link to resolve my negative account. Shortly after, I received a call from a representative named Anusha, who guided me through the next steps.

However, during the process, she directed me to another payment page requesting an additional Rs. 808. When I questioned why another payment was needed after I had already paid for my negative account resolution, she claimed that a report had been generated from the bureau and that a new report needed to be created.

I argued that this should have been included in the initial payment of Rs. 1, 870, as it was meant to resolve my issue completely. She kept insisting that to complete the procedure, I had to make this additional payment. When I pointed out that this requirement was never mentioned before, she argued that I should have spoken to an agent before making the initial payment. I countered that nowhere in the message was it stated that prior consultation with an agent was required. She continued to insist otherwise, even when I offered to send a snapshot of the message.

This situation feels like a scam, as they are now demanding additional payments to complete the initial request—something that was never disclosed upfront.

I would like to get a full refund or my issue resolved with no additional payment.

    Please deactivate my creditmantri profile and account details including my pan. And please confirm the deactivation! I want the process to be completed very soon. And confirm me via my phone number. I am forced to do this because i cannot find any deactivation option in your app! Otherwise i would have done it myself!...

    My mail id entered wrong in the details so i was unable to raise a ticket to Credit Bee Help - i tried changing the correct mail id but the verification mail was not send even after waiting couple of days so please rectify the issue and delete my account.

    Me too fooled by them after paying. rs. 1 870, ypu will receive crazy calls from them to pay on everything, ask CM donkeys to share full report they will never be able to share.

    CIBIL has better, faster and simpler dispute resolvement in on rs. 550, i took rs. 550 package NO EXTRA money like CM donkeys call center ppl asked every minute.

    I saved my wallet from these scamsters.

        I have took subscription to resolve issue with one of the credit card which is closed in 2017 but is still reflecting in my cibil. Creditmantri gave assurity that will have contact with bank and they will fix this up and my cibil will be improved, so I paid 1870 and took the subscription, for few days I was able to call customer care and get the status of my issue and they were informing me, I need to wait for 1 months. Now it's been more then a month and I am unable to contact customer care from the app, and if somehow they call (i[censored] show interest that you want to get this service for other account as well) they will just disconnect after listening to your concern.
        I am now sure what to do now, I need help with resolving this issue.
        Never thought creditmantri will do such fraud.
        Please help me on this issue

          Amount not refunded nor updated my credit score

          On 11th November 2023 I made two payments of ₹1870 & 1870 whose transaction I'd is[protected] and[protected] to improve my credit score and today is 10th of April 2024. It's been more than 5 months but till today neither you have updated my credit report nor you have refunded my amount and because of this bank is not approving my funding.             This letter is in regard to the message I received on Call Yestaerday on Dated 13.03.2024 and a payment for Subscription Charges Rs. 1870 /- for Build a Credit Health Report but no Change my report till now.

            SO, Please let me know further steps to protect my account in the future.
            Also, let me know if there is a possibility to recover my hard-earned savings.

              I paid money for cibil improvement but they are scammer

              Perfect designed white color Net Scam in the name of Credit Score, 1st they will allure you for paying Rs. 1, 870 after that 7-8 emails then many donkeys will call you to explain the financials negative aspects. Than once many scores and payment links for farjee reports:

              1. Rs. 1, 870 to make account NO FULL REPORT THEY CAN SHOW, BETTER YOU GO TO CIBIL SITE AND OFFICIALLY PAY RS. 550 TO SEE THE GENUINE REPORT.

              As allured by CreditMantri by mails, messages and ads, I had logged in their site and they had showed that my CIBIL Score is less due to 4 negative accounts and that they can resolve it. Accordingly, I have paid Rs.7, 481/- i.e. 1, 585/- per account + GST for resolution of 4 negative accounts on 18.11.2023 but till date, on my phone app and on chrome login, it is not showing paid and I am regularly getting messages and mails that I should...

              Related to my Credit Card Closure support

              I have registered with Credit mantri related to to my Credit Card closures; we were waiting for the confirmation from AXIS bank on NOC.

              Credit mantri team stated they will help in closing formalities so that it my axis bank credit card details will not be displayed in Cibil reports.

              But after few attempts from Credit mantri team i havent heard from them as i was trying for the NOC from Axis..

              Fraud Done By Creditmantri

              So today I have registered myself for Credit Improvement Service offered by CreditMantri.

              For that, I have paid an amount of Rs. 1415/- and was told and promised to remove 1 negative account from my CBILL.

              Post that I got a call from CreditMantri saying that we need to generate some reports and for that, I need to pay again Rs.999/- after a huge argument with their seniors they agreed that this is not mandatory...

                Person called me from credit mantri when I could not hear his voice because he is talking in Telugu so I can’t understand so he disconnected the call and called me again from another number and using abusive language

                  First I subscribed for two negative accounts correction credit after that corrections done after 2 months I think that also not done by credit mantri it atomatically updated by cibil
                  And applied for loan but still no status update then one person called after 3 months of struggle to contact them
                  He said take credit fit subscription we will process your loan asap
                  Then I subscribed that also after that no will contact or didn't give any update
