CreditMantri — does not verify email id with otp

I keep receiving mails from creditmantri when i never signed up for their service. I never gave my mobile no, nor did i give my email id. Somebody else gave their own mobile no, but gave my email id. Creditmantri requires otp for mobile no, they also need to require otp for email id to verify the customer actually owns the email id. If you are not going to verify email id then why do you send mails constantly?

Also on their website, there is no listed customer care no or email id.

It has been observed that without having any loan issue pending with any bank specifically axis and icici, my credit score showing very low which is against the consumer rights,

I have again attached herewith my settlement letters with respective bank for your kind reference to close this immediately and show my upgraded score immediate...
