Crif High Mark Credit Information Services Pvt. Ltd — Correction required in CRIF High Mark Credit report

I have raised dispute over Grievance Redressal Cell and below are the reference no with same dispute for various reports in CRIF.

Reason for raising dispute:

Acct 2 & Acct 3 (from the report) - This account doesn’t belong to me. I've gone to ICICI bank to verify and they have confirmed that this account is not under my name/PAN and I am not able to get clear picture on how these accounts have got added under CRIF report which affect my credit score drastically.

Acct12 – This account (two wheeler loan) has been closed and there is no outstanding/overdue amount to be paid. Other finance institutions reports are showing correctly, request CRIF to make necessary changes.

Overall, these three account need correction since it is affecting my score drastically. I requested CRIF to take necessary actions through email and remove these accounts from the report and mark Acct 12 as no over due but there is no proper response from CRIF.

Request you to please help me in getting these negative accounts removed from the account. Also, please let me know if you require any evidence or documents from respective bank.
