I had purchased crizal rock lens on september 1 st, 2022 . But within one week i have noticed scratches on my lens but while purchasing crizal said rock version of crizal is completely scratch resistant.So, privide me replacement of lens.

        I was purchased my optical at 10/01/2022 from clear dekho opticals, rajajipuram, Lucknow,
        The frame was paired with sapphire 360 uv blue capture,
        Now it is only 7-8 month old but it has very spot from inner portion of glass, many dots as like coating was go off.. very uncleard now as fog.
        Now the shop was deny to change it as warranty.
        Pls solve it as soon as possible

          We have submitted a query regrading defective lens issue to crizal lens. As per company reply we have contacted to optician and further converstation is as following.

          We contacted the optician and then the lenses were sent to crizal laboratory for testing. As per optician during testing it was found that there was some technical defect with glass. So the company provided new lens for the same.

          But during this period unfortunately we missed the crizal card and now the optician is demanding INR 1200 by stating that crizal company is asking for the same. And also he is not providing old lenses to us and saying that they are submitted to the company.

          Now we need to know that if the company is really demanding for INR 1200 or it is something that an optician wants. Could you please help us for the same.

            Subject: Regarding wrong fitting of Crizal Verilux Lens with Blue UV

            I (Sanjay Jain – Mob.[protected]) got a Prograssive Lens +2 (Near) and +0 (far) with Frame (spectacles) on dated 22.04.2022 from JAIN OPTICS / Tonk Road, Gopalpura Jaipur, Rajasthan 302018 / Mob.: [protected] (enclosed)
            But the vision was not clear and not found the proper vision. Feeling uneasy to use it.
            Once again I contact with Retailer and he checked my eyes once again and decided to make the +1.75 (near) and 0 (far) for progressive.
            After 20-25 days, i got modified spectacles From the retailer.

            Issue
            1 - After few days I noticed the right side Lens automatically came out from the frame and changed original shape.
            2 - Vision is still not clear and i m not able to see clearly and it irritate me to wear these lenses.

            Kindly resolve the both issue on urgently.

              I have purchase a high quality brand specs glasses through Krishna Nagar of Crizal authorized dealer with reference to there official website. I also got the quality card for the same. but just 3 months of the use the upper layer of the glasses got peel off and glasses getting blurry. I have contacted with Crizal customer care as well as dealer but not get resolved the problem. I have got lost my enough money in purchasing a branded poor quality glasses.

                I had purchased crizal lenses in March and after 3 months some circular shape something like circular scratches visible on one side lense and the visibility from the lense feels like oily visibility.
                For circular scratches i earlier complaint to the shop from where I purchased but he denies that the scratches are present but now that circular shape scratches creating problem in visibility.

                    Bad quality of Crizal lens supplied with scratch on new lens

                    @essilorindia we have purchased a crizol lens by placing a order on 14.5.22 through authorities shop namely Mamtora Brothers at Bowbazar, Kolkata, WB but new lens is having scratches which never prove your quality with high prices. We have requested your vendor namely Kalyani Surgical &Eye Clinic at Kalyani but they are telling for non cooperation from Mamtora Brothers.                     I bought it on April 10th 2021 and found that the coating was damaged I visited the store I purchased he told me its due to my sweat how can it possible its the fault of Crizal, now when I saw it after a fight of 3 months he said it over, I asked why he said 1 year is over.

                    Hi Crizal

                    I have been using Crizal lenses for over 10 years now. My last pair developed first scratch in September 2021 after which it started developing more and more scratches no matter how carefully I use/ clean them. I always put the lens under running water to get rid of dust particles after which I clean them with Crizal lens cleaning cloth.
                    I finally bought a new pair of Crizal S-UV in November 2021 (even though my eye sight number has not changed). I was recommended by the shopkeeper to try Zeiss lens but I insisted on Crizal, having my trust in the brand I have used for these many years.
                    However, to my disappoint, my current pair developed glare issue two weeks ago. This causes a lot of discomfort when looking towards bright places/ driving. There are no visible scratches on the lens. I always rinse them under water and then clean the lens with Crizal cloth. There is ABSOLUTELY NO mishandling.
                    I wonder whether Crizal has started making sub standard coating now!

                    Please contact me so that I can discuss about this issue, and help me in resolving it.

                    Update: I have shared the details and my invoice with Essilor. They are now checking with the Optician (I am in another town currently). Expecting Essilor to come back in another 4 working days after they check with Optician.

                    Final Update: My glasses were picked by company representative and the lenses were replaced. The lenses were bought in U.P, while I was in Pune when the complaint was raised, so it took bit of a time for the company to replace the lenses. The lenses were ordered from U.P., couriered to Pune where they were replaced and handed over to me.
                    Apart from the total turn around time for this, rest everything was satisfactory. The fact that Essilor does listen to their customers seriously and provide them satisfactory resolution is commendable. And this is the reason why I prefer Essilor lenses over other brands.

                      Crizal sapphire 360 lens seems to be fake

                      I had ordered crizal sapphire 360° lens but optician didn't provided any authenticity card and no fogid is mentioned on lens. Upon enquiring he said that authenticity card and fogid doesn't comes for sapphire 360° as being low cost lens from company. Please confirm if my lens are genuine or fake....

                      I had purchased Crizal Sapphire UV BLue UV Capture lens on Feb 23, 2021.
                      Of late, the lens have shown certain pattern near around the nosepad area and above it.
                      I have always been careful to clean it with a solution that was provided along with these lens and wiping with a Crizal cloth.
                      There is some kind of discolouration.
                      This type of quality is not expected from such a brand. Disappointed thoroughly
                      Please do replace asap.
                      The verified dealer I contacted says it's unheard of. While there is a good amount of such complaints online. Attaching authenticity card as well.

                      If this is the case, I would suggest people to not buy Crizal to get cheated. Rather buy a different lens because the quality won't last long plus there is no warranty which they promise at the beginning

                      I have checked with the optician. He says it's never heard of. Though this is a common problem for Crizal lens -evident from the number of complaints here.
                      Optician says the warranty is for 11 months only, is it? Then why false promises of a year.
                      Please send me your mail id where I can send the info.
                      And do get in touch for the resolution asap.

                      I had mailed all the details when I got a reply to submit my specs, I did on March 22, 2022.
                      It's been over a month and when asked on update, i get a very late response-its in process.
                      Today I called the optician, they said it's been returned without any resolution. I haven't been informed all this time
                      This is pathetic service and delayed response on Crizal's side. This type of unprofessionalism is disappointing.

                            Feb 2021 I have bought crizal progressive lenses from a local optical shop which is very expensive.With in a day the lenses started developing scratches. I handled my glasses with lot of care, I used only the crizal cloth, liquid and box provided by the same brand. But very soon there was scratches on lenses. It is of very poor quality. I used it only for six months, now cannot use. I complained to optical shop, they told, they can't solve any thing. Total waste of money. Crizal Brand only ads. no quality and no service. This product can use only 6 months after through out. Please Guys

                                I have ordered a crizal lens (color tinted). I want to know the genuineness of the product that i am using. Watermark or hologram is there on the lens but it doesn't answer the query because that watermark will be there on every range of crizal lens. Optician is unable to give any satisfactory solution for this query. Your customer care is not picking up the call. Please give the solution for this concern. I dont want to stop using this company’s products.

                                I have already mentioned in my previous complaint that optician is refusing to provide any authenticity card and invoice doesnt have any mention of crizal lens unique identifier. It is general invoice. Optician name is the swadesh mansarovar jaipur. Please provide a authenticity card with some unique id number, packaging material and reason why you guys didn’t provide it in the 1st place. Why do i have to reach out to you like this. I dont have free time to talk about this whole day. Please provide some solution. Otherwise i will stop using this company’s lens and recommend other people to not use either.
