Hello Essilor India,
i recently purchased crizal uv 1.56 with blue filter, everything seems okay, but I noticed one thing, when the lens fogs up normally there's crizal uv fog id appears but behalf of there is many another linings appears on the lens like transparent scratches but only when it fogs up, i can also see them without fog in any bright reflection, they doesn't looks like typical scratches, it looks like coatings is unevenly done, don't know what is the problem. I hope you will help me with this regard, do the needful.

    I'm a 10 year customer of Crizal, this is my 6th pair of crizal glasses and I've never faced issues like this in past.
    Got my 3rd prevencia on 21 October 2021, and within 1.5 months it developed so many scratches that it looked like the 2 year old prevencia glasses that I had earlier, it is difficult to see through it.
    I use them normally as I've been using my crizals from last 10 years.
    The dealer from Gurgaon denied any responsibility and claimed ignorance, he failed to give any satisfactory response to replacement as its been only 50 days since the purchase.

    If this is the kind of quality and service provided by Crizal nowadays, I'll never buy Crizal again and refrain other people from doing so too. This is outrageous.
    I demand a swift replacement of my 50 days old heavily scratched glasses or else I'll be compelled to file a case in consumer court and defame the glasses.

    Warranty certificate, Payment receipt attached, 1000 was paid in cash.

      Hi,
      I am writing with great disappointment. Approx 1 month back I visited 'Bright Opticals' in Amrapali Zodiac, Sector 120, Noida, for Varilux Optifog progressive lens spectacle.
      First time company shipped very thick lens and after that 3 times company supplied fresh set of lenses but clear vision was always a problem. Twice your technician did trouble shooting but clarity of vision still not done.
      Horizontal alignment in focus is main issue.
      I am a computer software professional and job responsibility needs very high clarity & colour separation. My 4 year old Vision RX progressive lens is working fine but due to increase in eye power a new set of lenses was required. Although price was out of my pocket bu trusting brand value I preferred Varilux Optifog.
      Request you kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

        Defective Crizal Antireflective Lens Coating

        I have two pairs of eyeglasses with Crizal antireflective coating, both purchased and made at the same time. The lenses on both pairs are showing significant fine-hair crackling covering the full surface on all lenses. I have been told by my retailer who contacted the Crizal lab to determine the cause, that it is something that can happen when the lenses are exposed to high heat/chemicals.         I have purchased Crizal lens from an authorised dealer of Crizal as per the website.

        Invoice and certificate for authenticity attached for your reference.

        The product (lens) coating damaged in just 6-8 months, really very disappointed with the quality of the Crizal Company Lens.

        I hope for replacement or return of money so that i can purchase for some other brand.

          Scratches on crizal uv lens within a month

          This product is really worst. I had scratches on lenses within a month...bought in pune in the mid of September.
          I request everyone please do not buy this product!!
          And crizal plase stop cheating!...

              Dear Sir,

              I bought Essilor FSV Cristal + BCP Cruz also Safire 360, with 7-10 days glasses colour changed to off white & seller sold with scratch resistant but product is completely failure.
              As local made product worth Rs. 300-450/- is giving same quality of So called quality product of Cristal worth Rs. 4290/-

                I have purchase Crizal SUV Lens from Authorized Crizal Dealer (Quandhari in Krishna Nagar). In just 6 Months the Lens upper coating start pealing (Damaged). Visibility decreased to 60%.

                    I have already checked with optician but he is not answering properly.
                    And the worst experience I am having from this Cryzal Glasses.
                    I know its a scratch resistance so there should be less scratch but the Scratches I am having on the glasses are much more..
                    Didnt expect this Quality from Cryzal... This quality should not be provided from Brand like Cryzal. At least you should contact us via phone and need to check glasses that what is the actual issue. It should not be upon optician I have purchses Cryzal so it must be of Top quality and top customer service ...

                    Very much disappointed.

                          मैंने कोरोना से पहले क्रिज़ल का वेरिलक्स, 360 संरक्षण, प्रोग्रेसिव सैफ़ायर, यूवी, पॉली बाला 1 पेयर ग्लास स्कीम में लिया था, जैसे पहला चश्मा मिलने के 40 दिन में ही क्रैक हो गया, फिर दूसरा चश्मा लिया बो भी 1-2 माहे के लिए भीतर ही स्क्रैची, और उसकी यूवी कॉउटिंग भी स्पॉटी या क्रैक हो गई, 3-4 माहिन में ही दोनो ही ग्लास बेकर हो गए थे, जो की चश्मे की दुकान पर ही जामा कर दिए थे,

                          दुकान कीपर बोला में कंपनी शिकायत दाल दूंगा, प्रति अभी तक कुछ नहीं हुआ वह,

                          दुकान दर कहता है की COMP। रिप्लेस कर दूंगा नए गिलास से, लेकिन ग्लास का नं। वही देगा जो खारिदा था हम समय प्रति, अब समस्या वह की इतनी ज्यादा देर से कर रही वह कॉम्प। रिप्लेसमेंट अब मेरा चश्मा का नं। हाय ज्यादा हो गया वह, दुकानदार कहता है कि अतिरिक्त शुल्क लगेगा, अगर COMP। क्लेम लेट करेगा करेगा चश्मा का नंबर तो बड़ा ही रहता हे ना। इसमे एक्स्ट्रा चार्ज क्यों लगी कंपनी

                              The lenses i got block all the blue light and it has been advertised that crizal prevencia allows essential blue light. So how can i make sure that i got original crizal prevencia.

Hence there will be no fog-ID on the lens. There would be a purplish tinge on the lens. Crizal Prevencia is the advance blue light filtered lens which has a patented scan technology which will allow essential blue light to pass through the lens.Hence it should not be tested under normal condition but should be tested only under lab conditions.

                                Hi i brought a pair of crizal prevencia from nearby local shop. After wearing the glasses i am having severe headaches and red eyes. The power is same as prescribed as the shop checked in a machine, power on my right eye is changed but my left eye's power is same as before but still my eyes are becoming red and the headache i am getting is unbearable.I told the same to the shop guy and he told me they can't help me. And its not my 1st crizal prevencia so i know how new lenses work but i never got any headaches.

                                    Today I bought compressed glasses from Crizal Alize, and I was given a cleaning tool and an identification card, but how do I know that it is original from the company and not an imitation, there is no fog id on it ?
