Crizal Prevencia Authenticity

Hello Crizal,

Ten days ago I visited Vasan Eye Care in Hyderabad and the doctor suggested me a pair of Crizal Prevencia.. I purchased it from their in-house store and they neither gave me the authenticity card nor did they mention Prevencia on the bill/receipt. I asked for it but they said they don't get it anymore from Crizal. With hesitation I came back home and when checked for authenticity, it reflects light green color...

It was promised that a free new similar crizal lens will be getting within 2 year of purchase if my lens power get changed. For that I paid 500 extra to take this benefit. But now retailer is saying that company is not providing free lens and need to wait for another 5-6 months....

Scratches on lens in a month

Dear sir,

I bought Crizal Prevencia Airwear lens recently and in a month only I can see fine scratches lines on both lenses.
I reached out to the place from where I bought lenses and the person at the counter says we don't know why it's happening and we don't give any guarantee/warranty against scratches.
I've been using Crizal Prevencia lenses from years and it never happened before. I want my lenses replaced...

Your spectacle lens got damaged within 1.5 yrs of wearing under normal circumstances, the lens has tiny spots which makes it hard to wear. Refer the attached images
I bought thecomplete spectacle from Siddarth Optics, B-9, Meenal Apartments, Shalimar Garden Ext 2, Ghaziabad 201005.(Ph[protected] on May 5, 2019.

I went to the same optician and he said these cant be replaced as they are...

Black mark on left lens does not go away

I purchased these lenses from Anthony Aiden Opticians located in Manhattan New York November 21st. After I picked up my glasses on the 1st of December. I went home to clean them because there was some skin oil on the lens. I used a very mild soap mixed with water .
My Optician said I can clean with a little soap and lukewarm water.
