मैंने कोरोना से पहले क्रिज़ल का वेरिलक्स, 360 संरक्षण, प्रोग्रेसिव सैफ़ायर, यूवी, पॉली बाला 1 पेयर ग्लास स्कीम में लिया था, जैसे पहला चश्मा मिलने के 40 दिन में ही क्रैक हो गया, फिर दूसरा चश्मा लिया बो भी 1-2 माहे के लिए भीतर ही स्क्रैची, और उसकी यूवी कॉउटिंग भी स्पॉटी या क्रैक हो गई, 3-4 माहिन में ही दोनो ही ग्लास बेकर हो गए थे, जो की चश्मे की दुकान पर ही जामा कर दिए थे,

दुकान कीपर बोला में कंपनी शिकायत दाल दूंगा, प्रति अभी तक कुछ नहीं हुआ वह,

दुकान दर कहता है की COMP। रिप्लेस कर दूंगा नए गिलास से, लेकिन ग्लास का नं। वही देगा जो खारिदा था हम समय प्रति, अब समस्या वह की इतनी ज्यादा देर से कर रही वह कॉम्प। रिप्लेसमेंट अब मेरा चश्मा का नं। हाय ज्यादा हो गया वह, दुकानदार कहता है कि अतिरिक्त शुल्क लगेगा, अगर COMP। क्लेम लेट करेगा करेगा चश्मा का नंबर तो बड़ा ही रहता हे ना। इसमे एक्स्ट्रा चार्ज क्यों लगी कंपनी

      The lenses i got block all the blue light and it has been advertised that crizal prevencia allows essential blue light. So how can i make sure that i got original crizal prevencia.

      The authenticity card provided by the optician for this product would serve as the authenticity of the product.If you have received an authenticity card similar to the attached image then please be assured that the product is genuine.The coating on the Crizal Prevencia lens does not support the fog-ID option. Hence there will be no fog-ID on the lens. There would be a purplish tinge on the lens. Crizal Prevencia is the advance blue light filtered lens which has a patented scan technology which will allow essential blue light to pass through the lens.Hence it should not be tested under normal condition but should be tested only under lab conditions.

        Hi i brought a pair of crizal prevencia from nearby local shop. After wearing the glasses i am having severe headaches and red eyes. The power is same as prescribed as the shop checked in a machine, power on my right eye is changed but my left eye's power is same as before but still my eyes are becoming red and the headache i am getting is unbearable.I told the same to the shop guy and he told me they can't help me. And its not my 1st crizal prevencia so i know how new lenses work but i never got any headaches.

          Today I bought glasses from Crizal Alize compressed with blue cut 1.67 from a shop and was given a cleaning tool and identification card, but how do I know that it is original and not a imitation

                    Hello Crizal,

                    Ten days ago I visited Vasan Eye Care in Hyderabad and the doctor suggested me a pair of Crizal Prevencia.. I purchased it from their in-house store and they neither gave me the authenticity card nor did they mention Prevencia on the bill/receipt. I asked for it but they said they don't get it anymore from Crizal. With hesitation I came back home and when checked for authenticity, it reflects light green color under the tube light and when called the Vasan Eye Care, they say these are the recent improvisations that Crizal did to Prevencia glasses.. Is it so.. Can you pls confirm at the earliest

                                    Hi,
                                    This is in regards to my purchase of Essilor lens for my reading glasses on 9/11/2019through GKB Opticals, T.nagar, Chennai. I started facing issues on my lens exactly after 4 months of continuous usage, I immediately raised the concern with my seller, GKB vide email. I have attached a screenshot below. As you are aware, there were intense lockdown measures which prevented me visiting the store in person. Further more, I am unable to comprehend the logic of submitting my frame+lens to Essilor for 10 days to troubleshoot/replace the defective part. Do Essilor expect customers to maintain a spare even though charging a premium amount for your lenses? Are they so unreliant that customers have to maintain a spare and submit the defective item for close to two weeks to get a resolution.

                                    I think it is absolutely unfair to expect the customer to endure these inconveniences for the benefit of the organization. I am a practicing surgeon and to think my vision is not accurate because of a faulty product is scary and it is certainly making me rethink my decision to have invested so much money on a brand which does not care about the wellbeing/comfort of their customers.

                                    I want to appeal to your good judgement to have the defect lens replaced or issue a refund for the invested money at the earliest. I hope I dont have to look for an alternate brand. Looking forward for an appropriate response.

                                      I bought essilor lens from GKB opticals, t nagar chennai on November 2019, with 5 months o[censored]sage blue layers from the lens started peeling off .when I called and complained about dis to gkb optical they told be surrender the lens for 10 days which not possible at the time of covid. (forwarded the image of lens within 6 months to GKB through mail)And I cannot be without specs for certain period.does that even possible?and I’m from south I should travel 300 km to reach out GKB .I gave the lens last week for replacement essilor has refused dat.is dat the solution u provide for the customers by knowing the things happening around.
