My crizal uv lens purchased some years back got bubbles on both the lenses, I have bought it for Rs 8500 only lenses not frame.I am sending you back the lenses kindly send me the corrected lenses.

    I purchased these lenses from Anthony Aiden Opticians located in Manhattan New York November 21st. After I picked up my glasses on the 1st of December. I went home to clean them because there was some skin oil on the lens. I used a very mild soap mixed with water .
    My Optician said I can clean with a little soap and lukewarm water.
    After i did this when I was drying them off with a soft cloth that came with my eyeglasses a small black mark appeared on the left lens. It does not go away. The lenses are new this should not happen.
    I am not complaining the vendor were I brought the glasses from but the lens should not marred after one wash.

      I'm complaining about my crizal authenticity card

      Address: Shailendra opticals, near head post office, Akbarpur-ambedkarnagar-224122

      I've purchased a specs with crizal lenses(polarized) that cost around 10000 rs, along with lenses I've got an authenticity card which was blank that was provided by shop owner. So i don't know whether my lenses are original or not. For this, I've argued with the shop owner but he keep saying that the lenses comes with crizal coating and the authenticity card is not much of an importance.

          Dear

          I have purchased eye glasses Crizal Prevencia having the facility 360 Multi angular, Scraches rasistances, Inhanced antireflection, Dust Repellence, water Repellence & many other facilities. This glass pair was purchased of cost 9500 Indian rs from Shivalik Opticals Booth no 944, Local bus stand, Manimazara, Chandigarh 160101 on dated 12 January 20.
          At the of purchasing of this glass presentation was very very good of soap keeper but very sorry to say that scrashes were started with 03 month from the date of purchasing.
          One thing I clear from my side that I always away from the dust because I am working in pharma company so temp always maintain below 25 & humidity less than 60%.
          First I share my complain to soap keeper but initial his response was not good. Again I visit after 15 days & discussed with soap keeper again responnse was very poor.
          I also discussed with your guy who is looking Panjab but no body support.

          Finally I decided for online complain with the hope that problem will be short out.
          Please need to investigate at your end conclude why it is happen.
          Then replace my glass as soon as early possible.

                Hi,

                Bought crizal prevencia lens 2 years back at koppudaiyal opticals, karaikudi, sivagangai dist, tamilnadu.

                Paid rs. 5500 for both specs and lens... For lens itself i think 3, 500 to 4000 they charged.. Was very much satisfied as a doctor.. My family and friends bought crizal prevencia on my advice from the same shop and even i had referred nearly 10 of my patients there to get that lens...

                Using only the cloth provided in the box, never used my shirt or banian cloth too... Now it is full of scratches... When i went to enquire, he jus said i won't recommend essilor crizal prevencia to anyone, it was ur choice for the lens... Got shocked after his reply... Didn't utter a single word to him... I left the spectacle shop immediately...

                Remember don't even trust ur closed one, always ask someone who used or read the reviews...

                They r earning like hell using this specs and lens...

                Go for low cost indian models... Suggest me someone too plz...

                  Hi,

                  I purchased crizal prevencia in january and after 2 months there is lots o scratches and also it always feels like smoky smoky vision.

                  Can you please confirm that what is the solution because normal local lenses even doesn't look like this within 2 month. They works very well for long. And i think these are in warranty.

                    I have purchased crizal lens from one year before on aug 16 2018 from titan eye plus showroom. They told me like it has the features like scratch proof, water resistant and uv protection. But after the 6 months o[censored]se, it started to automatically peel off the coating on the both lenses and now it is totally damaged due this and it is spreaded all over the lens. I have purchased this lens for rs 5000. I think the local lenses are far much better than this in quality and price. Do you have any warranty on your products?

                          We purchased a crizal power lens from a optician from indirangar bangalore,

                          The product has very bad quality the coating has completely gone and when we approached the optician he declined to replace it as the product was defective never a crizal lens had this problem.

                          Amount charged is so high affording it it self is very difficult and when we purchase expecting the quality is good we have got a very bad image of same

                          So request the crizal company to resolve this keeping there high standards they keep and claim for it in the market as with this not solving they will only losing there image in market.

                            I have bought crizal prevencia from an optics shop. I dont find the quality to be crizal standard. I’m afraid if i have been dueped. As per the features of crizal prevencia it is smudge resistant, dust resistant. But i dont think my prevencia is doing the same. They have only provided me with a crizal pouch and a authenticity card which is blank. Could anyone please help...

                            I bought a spectacle along with crizal lens in one of cleardekho outlet in west patel nagar on dated 13th of september. On that day there was an offer on crizal uv lense i. E of buy one get one free as i wanted to go with brands i was quite happy that i will get two pair of lense but the aftermath is much different the next day when i went to the outlet to collect my spec i got suprised as he told me that the other lense u will get only when you provide us a frame. As on that time i have no current frame and not willing to buy one i asked them to hold it for few days i will come back with my frames in few day. Now when i get back with my frames after a month they are saying your offer is not valid now. But in my invoice it's clearly mentioned that i bought the lens with offer i. E buy one get one free. I really do feel cheated and need justice. My invoice is attached

                              I bought crizal prevencia along with spectacle from one retailer outlet vikhroli, mumbai & they didn't offer me buy one get one offer, when i ask the store incharge later about the offer i got the answer that for the another lens u need to pay some amount and u only get a benefit of 2 to 300 rupees.
                              I am a very loyal costumer & i prefer only crizal lens. I felt somewhere i got cheated
                              Plz investigate and kindly get back to me regarding the offer terms and conditions..

                                I am a professional photographer. This past month i bought the crizal brand's prevencia lens. The color tone was different after the purchase. So one of the problems with my work is that the color of the camera image is too yellow. This is going to affect my career significantly. Therefore, it is a humble request to resolve the issue.

                                  I have registered crizal glass complaint so many times you people are not taking seriously. No one even brother to look at complaint. How lazy people are you. Should i go legally. No any call or email. And whenever i come back to see status it marked as resolved by you people. How can you do this. Take this seriously.                                   I have purchased crizal prevencia glasses on dated 24/05/2019. At the time of purchasing shop owner has given guarantee that crashes will not occurred on this glasses but now on both the glasses crashes occurred.

                                    Hii sir, my name is pragnesh tandel. I bought my new crizal glasses on 25th august 2019 from patel chasma shop, nikol, ahmedabad. At that time i don't know about that skim (Offer) later i watched this offer on t. V. Even if i didn't know about that offer but shopkeeper should inform me about that skim but he didn't. Yesterday my glasses frame was cracked so today i went to that shop to buy new frame and i asked him about that offer then he replied me that the dealer didn't give him this offer so how can he offered me that. How could this possible?? Is that offer limited for some special area. Give me reply as soon as possible.
