I changed my old crizal lenses with newly purchased crizal lenses on 8.09.2019 and i asked for happy offer by crizal to the vendor and ask to provide one free lens set. The vendor told me that he will arrange an extra pair shortly. Then i tried to contact many times but told me that he will update soon. Now today he told me that this offer is valid only for new purchase with frame...
But i told him that crizal provides only lenses so offer should be applicable on lenses only.

Please look into this matter

    Dear sir,

    I had purchased a pair of specs of rayban frame and crizal preventia lenses in the month of june from titan eyeplus 358/1, n. S. C. Bose road, naktala, kolkata[protected]th
    Its only 3 months and i can already see fine scratch lines on both the lenses.
    Today i walked into this outlet of titan eyeplus from where it was purchased.
    I interacted with one mr. Saddam hossain at the counter and this gentleman quickly said then we dont know why it is so and as it is we do not give any guarantees against scratches.
    Now i have been using crizal lenses since the last 10 years and never had i faced any issues. So why the scratches this time..???

    And i would want my lenses replaced immediately as these are very expensive and buying a new pair every 3 months is impossible. If you are charging close to 5000 for a pair of lenses in a spectacle, then they should last at least for 2-3 years

    Crizal progressive photo brown lens purchased at Lawrence and mayo, indiranagar has deformity over the coating, how can I send it for inspection to the company?

      I have made crizal glasses obtaining power -4.5 with index 1.67 before 10 months from kiki care, surat. At the time of purchase the optician told me about the benefits &assurity of product. But i am totally disappointed with the product because in just 10 months the vision of glass have blurred. I have complained about it to the optician. They told me may be coating of glass is damaged, so product was sent to higher centre. After a few days they answered me that company rejected your claim because u have purchased it before 11 month and at present crizal have one plus one scheme, so your complain can not be resolved. I felt i was cheated totally by the company or optician. Why should i have to waste such a huge amount on this product when company is not taking responsibility of product in just one year. I will not recommend anyone this product further. I am requesting to the company if anything can be happen in my case.

        I had made spectacle form the sharma optical located in greater noida. Up
        I have purchase crizal lenses progressive and sale executive update that crizal is lenses best in world and scratch proof. But after use of seven months some scratch started appear on the both lenses. I visited to sharma optical to for the problem, he has cleaned the lenses and give back to me. But i have complain 2 to 3 time but no responses. I am not able to use that lenses.
        Kindly look into matter asap and or replace the product.
        I am not happy with service and product of crizal.

          Sir i bought crizal prevencia lens from optical house sealdah Kolkata, but sir he give my authenticity card and paper bag, but in paper bag spectacle power writen as different from my eye power, and also it had made on 2015 not in 2019, are they cheating from my power? Sir please resolve my problem and enlighten about the crizaal prevancia authentication, and plaese guide us to complain against optical owner

            I have purchase crizal lenses progressive and sale executive update that crizal is lenses best in world and scratch proof. But after use of six month some scratch started appear on the both lenses. I visited to kumar optical to for the problem, he has clean the lenses and give back to me. But i have complain 2 to 3 time but responses. I am not able to use that lenses.

              I had got high index poly-carbonate power cooler for my tommy sun glass in 2015, after using it for over 20 months i realized that the coating on the lenses were wearing out developing cracks on it. I took it back to shiva vision opticals (Kammanahalli, bangalore) where i have been buying all my lenses and they acknowledged that the fault and sent it back to the company and told me that it will be rectified. I was told that the lens will be replaced/recoated. After the problem was rectified i was using it regularly, but again after year and half i see the same problem. This was impacting my vision and hence, i took it back to shiva vision and they said that they will check with the company as it is not 4 years since it was originally brought. It is 2 months since i handed over my power coolers to them but still not being rectified stating it has been 4 years. I have been loyal to crizal brand for a long time and am disappointed to see that the lenses are not reliable and durable even after paying a very high premium. I am disappointed by the fact that the company claims the coating on their lens will not stay for over 2 years. If that was the case, i should have been informed in advance so that i could have looked at alternate options. I have been using power coolers in the past for a long time and haven't come across such issues in the past. I would request crizal to address this issue at the earliest as it is the only pair of power coolers i have and finding it difficult to drive in the sun without the glasses for over 2 months now. The bill copy and a personal letter with my concerns was addressed to the company and submitted to shiva vision 2 months back along with the faulty lenses.

                I had purchased a specs from Vino opticals, Vilathikulam. My father has hardly used the product for a month and within this short span and it being used with utmost care, the product broke. The side of the glass simply chipped out while he was wearing it. I approached your dealer and they aren't responding well with the warranty, and they are simply dragging on the issue. I request you to do something to make good my loss else I would be left with no other option but to knock the legal forum.

                Sir I purchased crizal lens but it become very dirty and I clean the same 4-5 times in a day and these lens never clean properly. My complaint is only that I am harassing to clean my lens again and again 5-6 time daily. If you have any solution otherwise I may change my lens with another branded company.

                  scratches on crizal-prevencia lens

                  I have brought crizal prevencia lenses from i-gate optics shop Marthahalli bangalore. I got so many scratches on lens within 1.6 years. On essilor website they have mentioned crizal has 2 years of scratch warranty. I asked helped to optic shop they said there is no scratch lenses we can't do anything. I have not expect this kind quality of crizal. I have paid more for good features but results are very bad.

                  I have purchase crizal lenses from ashoka optical house, jalandhar, punjab. He checked my vision himself for changing the number of my glasses and suggested crizal lenses for better vision. He charged rs. 3200/ for these lenses. Now, when i am using these glasses, the vision is blurred and i feel strain in my eyes and also watering in my eyes. When i complained him he is not cooperating. I feel cheated. Simple glasses were much better than this crizal stuff. I am enclosing the copy of the bill.

                  I ordered for single shade glasses and he supplied double shaded i.e. top of the glasses are dark and lower half is light.Secondly, the distance objects are not visible clearly and near vision is clear.Thirdly, when I wear the specs for more than an hour, I feel strain in my eyes and water start coming out of my eyes. These lenses has become useless for me.I gave enough of time to adjust my eyes to these glasses, but the problem persists. I have no such problem with other glasses which are much cheaper. I switched over to your brand thinking that it will be better, but the reverse have happened.

                    I have purchased crizal transition lenses from perfect optical dwarka sector 22 new delhi.
                    The transition coating/ film has pealed off from the lenses.. I am told that after 6 months of purchase nothing can be done
                    Pls note i have spent rs 12000 on the lense considering crizal quality claims which didn’t even last for 6 months
                    Where as local transition lenses i am using for more than 5 years now

                      Hi,
                      I have purchased a specs from shiva vision care, bangalore with crizal prevencia lenses. I have doubt on the lense authenticity. I'm not satisfied with the lenses. These lenses are not as per the crizal standard. The side views are not clear when using the spectacles. Also, big letters also not clear to read from a less far distance.
                      I have rechecked the eye-site power with different optician also, the eye-site power measured is almost similar to the lens provided.
                      I don't have such issue when using my old specs, which is made of crizal forte lenses. I have the crizal authentication card and kits.
                      Please let me know if further details are required.
                      Kindly look into the issue and suggest the solution for the same.

                        I have purchased the crizal lens from vasan eye care in marathahalli, bangalore branch. Coating that was applied on the lens is fading away it seems and that gives a kind of layer on the lens and it is very annoying to see through the lens and also gives me headaches evert now and then. I have already raised a complaint regarding this one. But now it has become very severe that i couldn't even wear this specs anymore

                        I am paying more to get good quality and also to get satisfied customer service. But the response provided by vasan eye care is not at all acceptable as they are saying they can't do anything for the coating gets faded away

                        Purchased spectacles from Lawrence & Mayo (Vasco, Goa). Received severe scratches and coating has peeled off from the lenses. Utterly disappointed with the poor quality of the lenses as my 3 year old cheaper GKB lenses still have very less scratches. Kindly consider a replacement for my lenses. I am a professor of engineering by profession.
                        I have brought Crizal prevencia lens with vision and scratch resistant guarantee. After 9 months only i am facing blurred vision issue as well as it is not scratch resistant as well.

                        This is totally breach of trust and quality by Crizal. Local lens from normal shops have better quality rather than wasting money on crizal lens.

                          I have purchased crizal glasses from nagpur. The total amount of glasses is rs.10000 if the glasses are so worth of rupees. Then how it can break down within a month without any fall or hurt. I want refund of all rs.10000. Very poor company, just the name is big. And the brand is raising. I have a receipt of total amount of glasses. Kindly get in touch and please give back all the money. I will go for any other glass company.

                            In April 2018 I purchased two new lenses for my progressive spectacles with scratch resistance coating( CRIZAL) from Chasma Ghar, sonarpur. Four months later, the both lens showed a severe scratch after normal cleaning. I had done nothing untoward and in all of my years of having spectacles I have never seen such severe scratches happening so quickly. I took the spectacles in to Chasma Ghar and they agreed to varify that may be the scratch was due to product failure of the coating on the both lens and agreed to help me the best.
                            Please follow through the matter seriously and give me billing details so that I can take all
                            Possible steps to solve my problems.
                            Hence Chasma Ghar is the best optical store in my local area I request you to take necessary actions with immediate effect.

                              I have been wearing spectacles since 10 years and i am well aware of how to take care of them. I recently purchased stepper frame with crizal fuv spectacles. To my surprise, there were cracks present after 2 months. I got tranferred to another city (From mumbai to pune) because of which i could never approach the shopkeeper. Its not even been a year and now the amount of scratches cause headache and i have to settle and find new specs even though i already spent a major chunk of money on something useless. I got a card stating it's a genuine one. The fog also reveal crizal written but rather than focusing on making the product fancy, if they could pay a little attention to quality, it would be much better

                                Hello,

                                I have bought the crizal prevencia glasses on 25th september and started wearing on 28th. When i bought the glasses my optician told me that it is the scratch-proof and waterproof, mud proof and blueray cut glasses.

                                But within a week scratches got started on the glass. There are so many tiny scratches on my both glasses. I contacted the optician but he told me that it's normal and it's your responsibility...

                                I just got my prevencia lens from a local optician. The lenses have a very purple coating that doesn't have a uniform application. When i look at the glasses, the lens' coating seems o be applied in a haphazard manner. There's also a very disturbing yellow tinge to the lenses when you see through them which is extremely concerning. This was not made known before ordering the lenses! I want to know if i can change these lenses. The prevencia has been very expensive as is.

                                  I bought my crizal prevencia glasses around 2 mnths back.in such a short period, i can notice so many scratches on my glasses. I have been using only the cleaning cloth provided to me. This is first tym, i am using dese glasses and the no. Of scratches are more than the ordinary glasses dat i used previously.
                                  I am really disappointed with these scratches in so called scratch resistant glasses despite giving extra care.

                                  Last I purchased a pair of crizall lense by paying 2500 & it causing severe headache.
                                  The shopkeeper said they can't do anything & I think it is mainly due mistakes optician.Is there any option to replace ?

                                    I have purchased crizal glasses Worth of rs.10k i.e.10 thousands . within a month the glass has break down.its a very poor quality glass if it break down even not undergo any harm or fall.the Glass came up with a guarantee of 1 yr.still the shopkeeper not accepting.company should take care of this.please see to that.i want replacement with Good quality

                                    I purchased crizal coating for my glasses a few days ago. I can't see as clearly as I could with my other glasses without the coating. I thought that maybe my eyes just needed to adjust to them but don't seem to be getting any better but it's only been a few days. Not sure what to do. Have most of the problem with distances and at night.
