I bought my crizal prevencia glasses around 2 mnths back.in such a short period, i can notice so many scratches on my glasses. I have been using only the cleaning cloth provided to me. This is first tym, i am using dese glasses and the no. Of scratches are more than the ordinary glasses dat i used previously.
I am really disappointed with these scratches in so called scratch resistant glasses despite giving extra care.

Last I purchased a pair of crizall lense by paying 2500 & it causing severe headache.
The shopkeeper said they can't do anything & I think it is mainly due mistakes optician.Is there any option to replace ?

    I have purchased crizal glasses Worth of rs.10k i.e.10 thousands . within a month the glass has break down.its a very poor quality glass if it break down even not undergo any harm or fall.the Glass came up with a guarantee of 1 yr.still the shopkeeper not accepting.company should take care of this.please see to that.i want replacement with Good quality

    I purchased crizal coating for my glasses a few days ago. I can't see as clearly as I could with my other glasses without the coating. I thought that maybe my eyes just needed to adjust to them but don't seem to be getting any better but it's only been a few days. Not sure what to do. Have most of the problem with distances and at night.

      I have bought crizal lenses in february. But this worest lenses had broken just by falling down just after 8 months. When we asked retailer about warranty he said that there is no warranty for breaking then ordinary lenses are better than this. Even ordinary lenses may not break silly like this lenses. I request you to give a value for money what used to buy this lenses

        I bought the crizal lens (For eye sight) assuming to be the best and paid a very high price of close to inr 10, 000. This is the first time i bought this and felt pretty bad for my decision.

        These lens are having strains from inside the glass (Neither front or back of glass, strains started inbetween). My eyes started paining and my actual vision is also blurred due to strains on the lens.

        Appreciate a quick reply on what best can be done.

            Dear sir,

            My single side cryzal glass was broken so, i visited zenith vision care, situated at "shipra" g-1/2/3, nr. New alka restaurant, old padra road, manisha society, vadodara-390020, to replace the broken glass. I told the owner of shop that i want to fit cryzal glass, he given me more price so i told that i have fitted at 650/- at another shop, so if you can give me at this price than i will agree, if you can not i will leave. Than he agreed to do it in my price, i again confirmed from him for cryzal glass only. However he told me that he will give genuine cryzal glass.

            I got fitted from him, after 1-2 months i was not comfortable with glass, i do not feel as felt before in cryzal glass, so i doubted about it and went his shop, however he managed to satisfy me by saying that in every glass there are little variance so, this is genuine cryzal. And after a month of this, i felt that there are scratches in that glass, and no such scratches in my original glass, even there is change of colour shades.

            Than i went back to him but he was not ready to hear me and blamed me that i am teasing him. But i have spent money and he had cheated me by saying that he has given cryzal only.

            I am very much sure now that it is not cryzal. I request you to kindly look in this matter, as this may spoil the name of cryzal also. So you should take action against such persons.

            I have attached invoice of the cryzal glass in which he has mentioned cryzal.
            I have also attached photos of that shop.

              I bought crizal uv as i was told these are durable and good for eyes and lenses got cracked within 2 days with a minute jerk like literally just a push. Retailer denies any warranty although he said it has 1 year warranty. I understand brekage warranty is not given but if i buy crizal i wouldn't expect it to crack so easily.
              Highly dissatisfied with such poor service and brand value.
              I want a solution as this is very inappropriate and least encouraging to spend so much for such bad lenses

                I have purchased crizal prevencia glasses around week back. I am having positive number. I am facing so much blue light reflection everytime.
                Plus biggest problem im facing is while using it for computer work it is causing me big headache & some irritation in my eyes.

                While purchasing supplier told me that it will be very helpful for people who are having more work in computer.
                I am not at all satisfied with crizal prevencia.

                Please help how can i replace this prevencia to lower one with 6 features.

                    Hi team

                    I have purchased crizal prevencia glass 6 months ago and now i noticed lots of scratches on my glass and when i purchased it says it’s scratch resistant and sludge resistance but seems it’s false promises done by crizal/essilor company. Also when i move out from ac it has huge amount of fog on it and it takes 5-10 minutes to clear.

                    Also the coating seems to be defected.

                    Please replace my glasses as soon as possible. You are cheating your customer by way of doing false promises.

                    Please resolve this asap.

                      It's been 7 months i bought your company glass lenses i.e Crizal forte uv airwear.The one thing that pursuaded me to buy this lense was that this lense would provide HD quality view and it won't resist any fog on its lenses.Undoublty it provided me the clearest view but now the major problem i'm facing is "The Fog"on my lenses.It takes lot of time to get off fog from the lenses.Since it was a very expensive glass lense, it wasn't expecting such kind of thing.

                        I have purchased a specs from envision Opticals - Koramangala with crizal prevencia lenses. I have doubt on the lense authenticity. I'm not satisfied with the lenses. These lenses are not as per the crizal standard. I face dust clotting issue, side view are not so clear.
                        I have received only a simple invoice from sailer where crizal is no mentioned anywhere. I have not received any valid crizal authentication card and kits.

                        he is not giving and lens is having quality issues
                        I checked with Optician, he is not agreeing and he says it will not come. Also, i see some quality issues in the lens, see reflection of purple light in the middle in some angle. please replace with the original lens and i want the company logo on the lens. envision opticals koramangala executives are very rude. They dont provide any service after the payment.

                        I purchased a Crizal Progressive Lens in October 2017. In 10 months of time glass is full of scratch . After putting fog on glasses varilux is written . Is the glass original .

                          I went to my eye doctor a few weeks ago. I requested and paid for crizal to be added to my eyeglasses after a friend said it was a good product, especially for night driving. It was absolutely horrible. The glare during the day was bad — everything was reflective and after about 5 minutes i got a really bad headache. I went back to eye doctor and they had another pair of glasses made without crizal. I requested a refund and the doctors office said no. How can i get a refund for the crizal not being adequate? Thank you.

                          I got prepared specs crizal lens on 31 05 2017 from lenskart at Ref No.440-sec 6 dwarka new delhi under ref OCI NO. OCI/690471/25 after eye check up. But only after 4-5 months i noticed that there are various spots and scratches on the lens which are unremovable. Very frustrated to purchase so costly lens. Pse tell me remedy to clean the lens.

                            I have purchases spects from raipur scan opticals baidnathpara. With few months scratches are there. I used cloth provided by the company then also scratches have came. On enquiring the company is not hearing anything regarding this. The agent says nothing can be done. I just request the company to do another coating so to minimise the scraches. Please please

                              I opted for cirzal lenses for my spectacles 10 days back from spectacare optical chennai 61, i am having problem with the lenses side lens is fading away and it is really disturbing and not able to wear glass. Went to optical eye care, but they lease bothered about this and replied as nothing can be done

                              I am paying 14000, so that i can get best lenses, but the response is very poor when i have an issue. I am not able to see properly and started getting irritations and headaches

                              I bought crizal lenses from Hoor optical Ballimaran Delhi on 7/06/17. Within 6month the crizal printed on the glass has disappeared from the glass. As, if it is the only authetication mark of crizal. So, it means company is selling fake glass with fake promises. I want to replace this glass now.

                                  I have recently purchased crizal prvencia lenses. The problem is, my own eyes are reflected in the lenses, which obstructs my vision. It often makes to check my lenses for any smudges which do not exists. The problem is more pronounced when i am in library which is fully illuminated, so more clearly i can see my own eyes in the lenses. Due to the color of protective coating the reflection is more enriched.

                                    Crizal — scratched lenses

                                    I got my new glasses in december 2017. I received a cloth to clean them with that says crizal.

                                    I have only used this cloth to clean my glasses and my glasses are scratched and getting worse i am very upset i spent a lot of money. I need satisfaction. Or i will have to place a complaint with the better business bureau

                                      I got my new glasses from cohen’s optical in december 2017. I received a cloth to clean them with that says crizal.

                                        It was assured by the vendor that the crizal lens is scratch resistant and break proof for which warranty card also has been provided. But i got scratched on lens. When i went and approached the vendor, he is not responding properly and saying that they cannot consider it.
                                        But at the time of purchase, he ensured to give replacement for any major scratch and breakage.

                                        I need solution for this. Please help me. My contact number is [protected]
