I have purchased, the above lenses along with frame in hyderabad, from
Indian optical, and received the same according to the prescription, from the
Eye hospital.
I had taken delivery of the above in august 2017, and in the first week of
April 2018, there was a spot in the center of both the lenses, and reading became difficult, the same was given to the dealer, was there with them for
More than 10 days, and the answer was the company (Crizal) cannot do any thing in this regard and was returned, without rectification.

I have recently retired from service, and after paying a hefty amount, this the
Plight, kindly resolve the issue at the earliest - thanks

    With reference to the above, i would like to bring to your kind attention that on 31st march 2018 i had tested my eye at sushrutha eye hospital, mysuru. And after testing i ordered my frame and lens at the hospitals opticals sushrutha opticals. They told me to handle the lens carefully as the lens i am buying is delicate!!!. I received my lens on 5th april 2018.

    All was good until 14th april 2018 (Just 9 days after buying) while cleaning the lens, the lens broke i was shell shocked as i had paid rs.4.500/- for the crizal lens alone and it broke as if i bought some sub standard product from an mysuru dasara exhibition or from the streets.

    More shocking is that a forbes listed (Ranked 241) company is selling a substandard product with slogans like "your vision is our mission"
    And claiming total protection lenses.

    I visited sushrutha opticals on 14th april 2018 and showed them the lens the told me that they had already warned me about the product which is delicate hence they can't do any in this matter. I really don't know what the word "delicate" means when buying a lens usually it handle with care. But a lens breaks while cleaning
    Means i am shocked and never heard about it. Generally we clean any kind of lens or glass knowing or unknowingly very careful.

    When the staff told the she warned be before buying she never told me that the lens will break if i ever clean it and if she is so sure why did she recommend such a third quality lens or a lens that breaks if cleaned or a lens that is delicate.

    Know i feel i am fooled or robbed in broad daylight (Rs 4, 500/-) by a company the ranks 241 in forbes and an hospital that claims to be the best eye hospital in mysuru.

    We go to an eye hospital and the doctor advice us about our eyes and we go to the optician who advice us about which lens to choose we belive them so blindly because they are experienced and educated, but after looting rs.4, 500/- and selling with warning (Delicate) an substandard product where is the reputation of a company that's ranked 241 at forbes and where is the reputation of a hospital that is very popular in mysuru stand.

    I request your good selves to rectify the issue or i will be forced to take up the issue legally at your cost and risk

      Crizal privencia doesn't not provides the lenses what it they have show in there videos... I changed for two times with shop where i bought them... It is not smudge proof.. Not scratch proof... Nothing is there what they have shown... Or i am being fooled by shop or the lenses are fake... It is disappointing experience with crizal privencia... I have been given certificate of authenticity either but it doesn't match with any quantity which is there in videos...

      We may also require to test your lenses at our laboratory to identify the cause of problem. Once we have the necessary documents - we will intimate you with next course of action.
      We would also like to inform you that Crizal lenses are the world's # 1 anti reflective lenses which are also scratch, dust, water & smudge resistant, which means they will resist these enemies of clear vision much better than ordinary lenses but they are not scratch, dust, water & smudge proof.

      We would also like to emphasize that Crizal prevencia is the best lens to protect against the harmful blue light of digital devices. With its smart blue filter technology it prevents the harmful blue violet light but allows the good blue light to pass through.

      Essilorindia has still not resolved the issues...I want to know if they are even serious about their customers or I should take legal action against this fraud? I am going to follow up again and again...
      It's been many days I have provided you whatever I was asked to provide but you have not resolved my problem and not responded yet...!!!

        I bought crizal prevencia after looking out it's features, i paid huge amount to buy since i had been suffering from serious headache after using digital devices but instead of cure, headache increased after wearing this. I saw to another doctor he gave me new prescription with negotiable change said to try i tried with ordinary lenses problem resolved, i thought it could be because of wrong prescription i got from previous doctor again i switched to crizal prevencia but the same thing happened headache eyestrain burning increased instead, i left out crizal n continuing with ordinary lenses. Two times i paid big amount for gaining headache eyestrain eye watering.

        I purchased Crizal glass in Jan. 2018. Overall it is good but from last two months i found one minor scratch and smudge on left glass. Whenever I clean, scratch automatically hides. But in the sunlight it becomes more obstactive.What should I do to get rid of that. It is very expensive glass. Please give me a valid solution.

          I have taken an eye glass from divya optics, somusundaram eye hospital, karur tn, pertaining to the order no. 3203 dated 12.01.2018. With in the span of 25 days one glass (Left side) become blair and can not see properly through. On complaint to the doctor he started barking and not even willing to check the same saying that only for 20 days guaranty is there (This wan never informed me at the time of sold), also roughly talked with me. Now after spending so much money i do not no where i have to go and complaint. Please help us.

            I opted for cirzal lenses for my spectacles last year around march 2017 from vasan eye care in marathahalli. Its been only 11 months, i am having problem with the lenses. Looks like the coating that was applied on my left side lens is fading away and it is really disturbing and not able to wear glass. Went to vasan eye care, but they lease bothered about this and replied as nothing can be done

            I am paying 14000, so that i can get best lenses, but the response is very poor when i have an issue. With the faded glass i am not able to see properly and started getting irritations and headaches.

            Need your help in fixing the issue i have

            I am using cizal glasses since last 10years and there is no any complain in it since last 9years & 11month but in last month I made one more crizal galss due to my eye number change and there are two times glass scratched (brake from some side)without any strong reason.So now I am doubting on material that you used.

              I purchased crizal lenses last year. After 8 to 10 months scratches on the lenses. Smudge not clear with water every time lenses cleaned bye cloth. And anti glare coating not working. When i was drive, lights very irritates to me.in the warranty period i complaint about this at the shop where to bye this product. They told me your problem was solved. But this problem was still. I am very disappointed about this product...

                I just bought the lense from lawrence and mayo three days ago there's fading of purple coating on borders of spectacles. The colour of coating is changing to nearly blue and colourless now instead of purple when i bought it. I need help fixing it please.                 I bought 3 month ago uv crizal lance but now it has scratches and company gives scratche less guarantee so what can I do ane how can replace my lence
                I have recently buyed a specticals of Crizal and within 5-6 months it has got big big scratches in it and your company is too advertising on the base of scratch free lenses but within 5-6 months of buying this lens it is not at all clearly visible through it.A big shame for crizal.

                  My crizal prevncia lenses are only 7days old and have hair like scratches on them.

                  I have maintained a cleaning process for the lenses as adviced by the company. But now it has scratches.

                  After investing excess money to buy "premium quality lense from a premium company" i am not satisfied with essilors's product quality.

                  It is better to have local lenses at much cheaper rate.

                  Please find pic of the lenses. I hope you could see the hail like scratches all over the lenses.

                  I will never recommend anyone to have lense from essilor

                  As per request please find attached photos of invoice copy and authenticity card .
                  This is to inform you that my lenses coating is not working. Anti glair and scratch resistance . There is lots of scartches in my lenses as i use the same cloth which was given to me at the time of purchasing the lenses. This to request you to kindly change lenses asap ... at it was purchases in may 2017
                  6 months ago I purchased crizal lenses from haridwar worth rs 2800 and just after 6 months there are a lots of scratches on the lenses. The shopkeeper is now saying that he cannt do anything. It feels like that I’ve got cheated.

                    My name is renju vinod, i have purchased one crizal prevencia lens last year (17-dec-2016) from city city eye foundation calicut. Within 8 months o[censored]sing i am seeing scratch marks on the lens, i have complaint the same to city eye foundation and they replied they cannot able to do anything. I am using crizal lenses since 2012. I am not facing such issues yet. I am totally disappointed with the new crizal prevencia lens. I am not expecting this for an expensive product.

                    I have alreday send all these details to the mentioned email id. Any update on the same.
                    Dear vinodji, essilor will only pretend to help you but actually they know the defects with their prevencia family. The will never admit the fact rather they will say to deposite the lenses with them in name of lab inspection, harass you and after 4 to 7 days they will report you that the lenses are damaged because of your mishandling.

                    I will suggest you to go to consumer court as I am also preparing the same with them .
                    Mine is also so easily scratch! And done complaining this to my opticia. But nothing to do!! Im so worried if this is fake but when i read this coment i was clearly enlightend that it might be ### advertisment

                      I purchased crizal bifocal lenses (Rx spex short 150 cz uv) on date 16/05/17 from mayank optics mathura. I feel poor visibility for near vision,
                      I told the retailer & he sent my glasses crizal centre banglore, after back he told that centre of glasses found mismatch &correct the same. Also say it is adjust itself within 1month. Still i feel same problem. Pl. Resolve my problem soonly

                        Recently on 5th august, 2017, i have purchased crizal lense for rs. 3100, at "aman eye care" west vinod nagar new delhi-110092.
                        To my surprise the right side lense are with full of scratches within week.
                        I have never faced such a problem since 3 years and i very well know how to maintain the lense. I use only that cloth provided with the lense to clean the them.

                        I took crizal anti dust, water proof, smug proof, but when i used it, there is no difference it is like ordinary glass, i took it from allahbad appolo optician not even a single features of this glass is satisfactory, i feel like wasting money, my no.[protected]

                          My name is srkanth, and i am using crizal lense since 2011.
                          Recently on 25th march, 2017, i have purchased crizal lense for rs. 2900, at "new eye world" optical store, boduppal, hyd-500098.
                          To my surprise the lense are with full of scratches within three months.
                          I have never faced such a problem since 6 years and i very well know how to maintain the lense. I use only that cloth provided with the lense to clean the them.
                          Several times visited the new eye world opticals store but they said they where helpless, when a company is charging the product on such high prices and maintaining the quality, such should be punished
                          I expect a positive response for this complaint

                            Crizal company is big fraud company. They don't resolve the problem, rather they pretend to help. I have a really bad experience with them. They are not going to replace the lens. They haven't done anything about 2 days scratch.
                            I recommend everyone to not to buy Crizal lens as they are cheap in quality and price is premium
                            I have bought crizal lenses on 23 July 2017 from perfect eye care sec. 7, Dwarka, new Delhi.
                            There are so much smudge and scratches on lenses.. quality of lenses is so poor.
                            My coating started fading in three days of purchase of crizal Prevencia

                              I bought the crizal lens from Urban Vision, Panathur Road, Bangalore, (on card the name is M Vardhaman Opticals) with ID:[protected] Date-03/03/2017. Lens: Rx SPFX Short 150 CZ UV.

                              I am not happy with it as i always see two stars in the specs below my eyes and i have to focus too much on my laptop when i work. I was happy with a simple lens earlier but now I paid INR 4100 for these lens but invited trouble for my eyes.

                              I submitted feedback on on Crizal website but they have asked to contact the vendor which I have already done and vendor said that company has refused for any action.

                                I hv purchased crizal v forte transtition lens from verma optical karol bagh delhi on dt 06/12/2016 after fifteen days scratch mark on glass when i give it to verma optical he say that i send to this to company for replcament. on dt 18/01/2017 he refused that crizal company not replace this lens. what benifit of high cost lens that crizal say that scratch proof. dont buy crizal lense. next time i dont buy crizal lense.

                                Power is not correct plz change my crizal lenses.
                                Power of the right lense is not correct it's 180 degree axis instead of 5 degree. Plz help to correct n change my lenses.asap.
                                The optical showroom from where the lenses are made, is not changing my crizal lenses. So I request u to change my lens.
                                Titan eye plus, ahmedabad se crizal lense liya 4300 rs. Me frame sahit but uske dono glasses pe hi fog id me crizal nahi dikh rha h.

                                  which was defective so they replaced me with some another one which one is more defective than the first one, I couldn't really understand why this is happening with me itself again & again

                                  I am really very much disturbed because of this i couldn't complete my studies

                                  Its an request please replace the both the frames & give the good ones as soon as possible & don't take it negligible if this issue doesn't get shorted

                                  I will go to consumer court

                                    I purchased Crizal UV forte glasses from Shillong on 24 Sep2016. Lenses costed me Rs 2800/-. Within two days crazing appeared on glasses. It's difficult to drive car at night wearing these useless lenses. I went to shop NEW VISION for replacement/rectifying problem, but dealer refused to admit fault & replace glasses. I will never buy CRIZAL lenses & would like to caution those planning to buy these overhyped glasses. Plz don't waste your money.

                                    I am yatendra. few month back I have taken one glass from mysore. now this is showing more scratch. just because of more scratch, visibility is very low.
                                    Sir..is their all cryzal lens do have to appear cryzal logo when i blow on lens..i have doubt that my lens might be an ordinary one..your valueable advice please.

                                      I have buyed crizal forte uv lenses from Eye care and opticals rajgarh, guwahati, assam, from the next day after buying these lense the started get reflecting, Get scratched, if go outside of house in night houai cant see anything because car reflection, before buying these glasses i have ordinary lenses it was much better than this, i wanna say this world's worst lenses.

                                        I, Shail Bihari purchased Crizal bifocal glasses from Ben Franklin outlet in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi worth 3000 approx. The clarity of glasses is extremely poor and at night I feel like I am a blind person. I have been to the outlet atleast 3 times but there was no action taken. They told me to buy new glasses of other company and refused to refund the money. Either change my glasses or refund the amount.
                                        You are a reputed company. I hope this matter is resolved soon .
