I have purchased, the above lenses along with frame in hyderabad, from
Indian optical, and received the same according to the prescription, from the
Eye hospital.
I had taken delivery of the above in august 2017, and in the first week of
April 2018, there was a spot in the center of both the lenses, and reading became difficult, the same was given to the dealer, was there with them for
More than 10 days, and the answer was the company (Crizal) cannot do any thing in this regard and was returned, without rectification.
I have recently retired from service, and after paying a hefty amount, this the
Plight, kindly resolve the issue at the earliest - thanks
