This is about end of 2016, i was working for regular 10 month as i joined jan (2016) at the end of october i was gone through some emergency work so i took 3 days leaves and applied 2 days pl, and rest days lwp, due to some serious emergency it take 2 more days to came back, i sent sms to payroll team regarding that i will on leave on the particular day (But due to some technical issues the sms was not received by payroll team which was not my fault, when i returned, leaders told me that your profile is been deleted wait for 45 days and everything will be clear, after 45 days they told me that you are been terminated as not coming for regular 2 days with ncns, i appealed that i sent sms, i got screen shot o[censored]ndelivered sms and shown them as a proof to payroll team, but they igonored it saying the number of payrioll is not valid, how can it is possible??? As i was using that same number from last 10 months!! Well i was terminated and my salary of whole october month was put on hold with my experince letter which is still not recoverd no one has helped me regarding this issue!!!
