My name is jiwoot gupta I joined teleperformane on 16 Feb 2023 and last day on 24 April 2023 i have offer letter of company also and exit letter also my trainer sparsh garodia commited me that your fnf will be credit in 45 days. On 10th June 45 days completed but still my fnf is not credit when I call to my trainer he is no responding of call and sms. Company is told me you are not ok to us and m not comfortable for this profile Onfido. they told me you are not pass the training don't come from tomorrow they told this one of my friend also whose name is darpan das we both not pass so sparsh told us on 24 April don't come from tomorrow your fnf will be come in 45 days darpan has got fnf but I didn't got when I call customer care of teleperformance they told me sparsh mark me as negative why I don't know he is not responding me. i submit my I'd card and do all the formalities which are available in CCTV of office for proo[censored] can check that and take proper action to this kind of people so they can't do with anyone in future

Company given me the fnf I am very happy now I sent mail to higher authority they resolve my issue
