Pl attached h/w the photograph of crocs sleepers in blue colour purchased from your authorised shop at pune by my spouse presently i do not have any receipt for the purchased date to substantiate my complaint as well your product quality maintained by by your overseas principals
I hence request & urge you to investigate & arrange for immediate replacement

Its been only 3 months since i brought the crocs and the bottom of the sandals has been rubbed very badly. it wont last for one more month

I had purchased thid chapple on 24.02.2018 from Metro Shoes, WTP, Jaipur vide bill no.46434 and within 6 months it is broken.Quality of chapple seems to be compromised .
Please immediately replace the same.
