[Resolved]  Crocs India — Complaint regarding poor quality of crocs women literide shoe sneaker

Dear Customer support team,

I wish to raise my complaint regarding the poor quality of the crocs women literide shoe sneaker.

I had bought Unisex-Adult Literide 360 Clog on 3rd March from the crocs outlet in south ex 1 (bill no: SDADL3243 amount Rs 4995/-). However, due to comfort issues I got them exchanged on 5th March and bought Crocs Women Literide shoe sneaker in exchange (Bill no: SDADL3217 amount: Rs 6995/-). For the purchase of those sneakers I paid Rs 2000/- more on that day.

It has been only 3 months and the sneakers broke the day before yesterday. I raised a complaint in the store telephonically but they refused to entertain the same . I visited the store yesterday to check if they had the duplicate copy of the bill. They had kept duplicate bills for almost three months but they were unable to find the bills of 3rd and 5th March. However, upon insisting they have provided me with a photograph of the excel maintained by the store (to be supplied to the head office) to verify the purchase of both the items from their store.

In the mail, I am enclosing photographs of the broken shoe along with the photographs of the excel taken from the store yesterday. This is a new product launched by the company which is heavily priced but has such poor quality that the material gets broken in just 3 months.

I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and refund my money or replace the defective product (with the assurance that similar incidence would not get repeated). Please look into the matter at the earliest
