Defective footwear ( right slipper )

-I have purchased a Crocs footwear in the store located at Nexus Mall, Hyderabad. I've been struggling to walk with the footwear I bought. The right slipper is not manufactured right, whereas the left slipper is absolutely fine. This is the first time I purchased a crocs footwear, I'm not satisfied.

Exchange

I had ordered 2 pair of crocs and one of them was a bigger size so I wanted to exchange but there was no proper service where we would exchange so I returned them and I didn’t get my money back nor I got the crocs of correct size and was trying to contact the customer service but there was no response from their side...

I had bought a crocs atlas on 9th May 2024 and the size to big for me. The same day I had initiated a return in the website and I got confirmation the return has been initiated.
But unfortunately the delivery person was never assigned and the product was not picked up.
I have contact crocs via their customer service number and email address but I have not received any proper response from them.
This is a really frustrating experience from a top brand and I hoping to get this resolved.

    This is with respect to Order ID :[protected]; return order was placed on Feb 14, 2024 and the return was received on Feb 26, 2024
    However, the refund amount is yet to be processed back to source account.

    I have been following up for almost 2 months but either there customer support team doesn't respond or do not provide any actionable response.
    Crocs India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Delivery of my order

      I ordered a clog from this website on 24th February

      and today it is March 16 and more than 20 days from the ordered date .

      There is no updates till now about my order

      in the website when i checked the order status it is still showing processing .

      They guaranteed the delivery within 3 - 5 days and i paid the amount already

      So please make my delivery fast...

      Strap splitted into two half while putting the crocs

      The crocs which i received on 12 Feb 2024 have been subjected to malfunction, the strap suddenly snapped today (14 March 2024).It had only limited usage. I demand immediate action to resolve issue. Either by refunding or changing the crocs. Please take necessory actions

      Strap of my crocs broken

      I bought my crocs sleepers along with many other crocs products in the month of September 2023 and while I started using the sleepers after January 2024 is strap for issues and is getting detached probably due to poor adhesive quality used to attach it.

      Return Rejected for no reason

      I returned the product in the exact same packaging and with the scitckers intact. Both the crocs were too big for my feet. There is absolutely no way I could have used them even if I had wanted to.

      They haven't returned my money. It has been 20days.
      And no one answers their emails or phone number...

      Lack of response after payment

      I have sent many mails and tried calling many times in customer care number of crocs but there was no response. After placing order and payment crocs team is not giving a proper update so i tried calling and sending several mails, but all was in vain....

      Men's Crocs literide

      I have bought crocs men's literide clogs few months back. I used regularly for 3 months then I suddenly found a tear over the top layer. The same thing happened to my previous literide clogs.

      Quality of clog shoes purchased
