Complaint Regarding Repeated Quality Issues

I have purchase footwear on 30.03.2025 in the evening from Crocs store at Ahmedabad One Mall. On the second day at the time of wearing the button affixed was found damaged. As I am residing at 50 Kms away from Ahmedabad I specially visit Crocs store at Anand for replacement on 03.04.2025. They have taken the footwear and told within 10 days they will inform about status. No other token number to follow up given. I have given my contact number for communication. But till date no correspondence made. You are one of the US leading brand we are not expecting this kind of behaviour. My invoice No. is 85072 dt. 30/03/2023 time 20.18.18 purchase from Shop 9 & 10 at 1st floor, Ahmedabad One mall, Ahmedabad. Taken this footwear for travelling to US for my kids.     Dear Sir/Madam,

    Greeting for the day!

    I am writing to formally escalate my issue regarding the non-refund of my payment by Crocs, despite several follow-up attempts. Crocs has received the product which I had returned them in last Oct'2024 (Received an confirmation from as well). After several communications and interactions with the customer service team, the company promised a refund of my amount. However, as of now, I have not received any refund, and my concerns remain unresolved.
    I have attached all the email correspondence & credit note received from them for your investigation.

    Request for Consumer Court Intervention: As I have already exhausted all possible options for resolution directly with Crocs, I am now seeking the intervention of the Consumer Court and I am requesting the following:

    1) Immediate refund of my amount of
    2) A formal investigation into the practices of Crocs regarding consumer refunds and their customer service processes to ensure this issue is prevented for other consumers in the future.

    I hope that you will kindly look into this matter at your earliest convenience and take appropriate action to resolve this issue promptly. Please do not hesitate to contact me if any further information is required.

      Dear Consumer Forum Team,

      I purchased a pair of Crocs on October 4, 2024 (Order No: ECR995) for ₹6, 000, expecting premium quality and durability. However, within just four months, the strap tore, making the product unusable.

      I contacted Crocs India customer support, but they refused to assist, stating that the product is out of warranty. Following their advice, I visited the store where I purchased it, but they informed me that it could not be repaired and suggested finding a paid cobbler. Even the cobbler confirmed that the material quality is so poor that any repair would last only a week or two.

      For a brand that claims to offer high-quality, long-lasting footwear, this is completely unacceptable and misleading. A ₹6, 000 product should not break within a few months, and the company's refusal to take responsibility is highly disappointing.

      I request the Consumer Forum to intervene and help me get a replacement, repair, or refund for this defective product. I am also willing to escalate this further if no resolution is provided.

      I urge Crocs India to take responsibility for their product quality and ensure fair treatment for customers.

        I purchased these Crocs on 15th June 2024. It's been only 7 months and this product brought at such a higher price broke. It is so frustrating for people who buy Crocs thinking this will be durable and it did not even last a month... a Highly unprofessional and low-class business product. And guess what in my house my sister and me both bought same pair and the same is the condition with both the crocs...Is India getting the worst quality product and maximum consumers are from India... You give a warranty for 3 months for product like this that cost 6000 bloody hell rupees.

        I want refund or replacement for both the crocs. Bill is attached

            I have placed an online order from crocs online website. I have not yet received my order but receiving mails and messages that my order is successfully delivered.
            Also crocs website showing delivered status. As i have not received my order then where is my order. Is there any big scam going online. Neither crocs nor the delivery partner Shiprocket (Order ID :#[protected]s1495774
            Courier :AWB No. :7X8400362) taking any responsibility.
            I called the seller Crocs, but their response is the same that order is delivered to me.
            What should a customer do in that case.
            Kindly help me with this issue.

                  I am writing to file a complaint about a defective product that my brother and I bought from Flipkart—the "CROCS Swiftwater Men Black Clogs." My brother ordered the first pair on 14 April 2024, and after seeing them, he ordered a second pair for me the very next day, 15 April 2024. We had them delivered to Kerala and Maharashtra, respectively. Both o[censored]s have only used them casually, nothing rough or extreme.

                  We were shocked and really disappointed to find that both pairs started cracking around one of the holes in the front within just a couple of months and had identical damage. It’s especially frustrating because we chose Crocs for their supposed durability, expecting them to last at least a year, if not more. To see them fall apart so quickly was not only surprising but also quite distressing.

                  After discovering the damage, I looked up Crocs' warranty policy and found out that they offer a 90-day warranty on their products to cover any manufacturing defects. Since our purchases are well within this period, we thought we could easily get a resolution. Unfortunately, when we tried contacting Crocs Inc support via their email ([protected]@crocs.com), we received an automated response stating: "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: [protected]@crocs.com. The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly." This added to our frustration and disappointment.

                  Given the circumstances, we’re asking for higher quality replacements for the defective pairs. If that’s not possible, we’d accept a full refund for both pairs of Crocs. I’ve attached the order invoices from Flipkart, photos and videos showing the damage, and a copy of the email we tried to send to Crocs Inc support.

                  This whole experience has been really upsetting for us. We trusted the Crocs brand and now we’re left with products that didn’t even last a couple of months. We hope you can help us resolve this quickly and fairly.

                    I ordered Crocs nearly three months ago and have encountered numerous issues with the return process. Despite sending 12 emails regarding the return and refund, there has been no resolution. When I called customer support, the call was only answered after 2.5 months. The staff was unprofessional and merely transferred my issue to the finance department. I received a credit note over 10 days ago, but the refund has not been issued yet. My problem is still unresolved. I ordered the Crocs 3 months ago first I encountered with issue regarding return when the item finally got returned now there is a problem with the refund.

                      Good morning,
                      My name is Dhruvraj. I have ordered 2 pairs of crocs from crocs online store which was delivered to me on 14/5/24 and they are too large in size. So i have returned back to the store and it was returned on 16/5/24.

                      From that date today is one and half month still i have not get my refund back as per crocs refund policy is about 10-15 days

                      No one is picking up call on call service and no one is giving mail reply on mail service. I want my money back. This is totally bad policy of crocs

                        Defective footwear ( right slipper )

                        -I have purchased a Crocs footwear in the store located at Nexus Mall, Hyderabad. I've been struggling to walk with the footwear I bought. The right slipper is not manufactured right, whereas the left slipper is absolutely fine. This is the first time I purchased a crocs footwear, I'm not satisfied.

                          I had ordered 2 pair of crocs and one of them was a bigger size so I wanted to exchange but there was no proper service where we would exchange so I returned them and I didn’t get my money back nor I got the crocs of correct size and was trying to contact the customer service but there was no response from their side

                            I had bought a crocs atlas on 9th May 2024 and the size to big for me. The same day I had initiated a return in the website and I got confirmation the return has been initiated.
                            But unfortunately the delivery person was never assigned and the product was not picked up.
                            I have contact crocs via their customer service number and email address but I have not received any proper response from them.
                            This is a really frustrating experience from a top brand and I hoping to get this resolved.
