Complaint Regarding Repeated Quality Issues

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a pair of Crocs LiteRide I purchased from your Ambattur, Chennai showroom on February 14, 2024 (invoice attached). Unfortunately, I have been facing recurring quality issues with this product.

    I ordered Crocs nearly three months ago and have encountered numerous issues with the return process. Despite sending 12 emails regarding the return and refund, there has been no resolution. When I called customer support, the call was only answered after 2.5 months. The staff was unprofessional and merely transferred my issue to the finance department. I received a credit note over 10 days ago, but the refund has not been issued yet. My problem is still unresolved. I ordered the Crocs 3 months ago first I encountered with issue regarding return when the item finally got returned now there is a problem with the refund.

      Defective footwear ( right slipper )

      -I have purchased a Crocs footwear in the store located at Nexus Mall, Hyderabad. I've been struggling to walk with the footwear I bought. The right slipper is not manufactured right, whereas the left slipper is absolutely fine. This is the first time I purchased a crocs footwear, I'm not satisfied.

        I had ordered 2 pair of crocs and one of them was a bigger size so I wanted to exchange but there was no proper service where we would exchange so I returned them and I didn’t get my money back nor I got the crocs of correct size and was trying to contact the customer service but there was no response from their side

          I had bought a crocs atlas on 9th May 2024 and the size to big for me. The same day I had initiated a return in the website and I got confirmation the return has been initiated.
          But unfortunately the delivery person was never assigned and the product was not picked up.
          I have contact crocs via their customer service number and email address but I have not received any proper response from them.
          This is a really frustrating experience from a top brand and I hoping to get this resolved.

            However, the refund amount is yet to be processed back to source account.

            I have been following up for almost 2 months but either there customer support team doesn't respond or do not provide any actionable response.

              I ordered a clog from this website on 24th February

              and today it is March 16 and more than 20 days from the ordered date .

              There is no updates till now about my order

              in the website when i checked the order status it is still showing processing .

              They guaranteed the delivery within 3 - 5 days and i paid the amount already

              So please make my delivery fast

                  I bought my crocs sleepers along with many other crocs products in the month of September 2023 and while I started using the sleepers after January 2024 is strap for issues and is getting detached probably due to poor adhesive quality used to attach it.

                  It's very disheartening to buy such costly products with no durability.
                  I bought almost the products worth more than 15 thousand and on ehas resulted this bad that I can't use it anymore.

                  Kindly reimburse the amount or at least exchange it for new otherwise it will be impossible to trust Crocs anymore

                    I returned the product in the exact same packaging and with the scitckers intact. Both the crocs were too big for my feet. There is absolutely no way I could have used them even if I had wanted to.

                    They haven't returned my money. It has been 20days.
                    And no one answers their emails or phone number

                      I have called crocs customer service centre for 20 times for just and enquiries for a replacement for my purchased item but they are not willing to answer me or attending my calls . This kind of behaviour from a well know company it’s really making me so angry that they are not answering any of my call . They are giving me a worst experience as an consumer an I just stop purchasing any item from crocs show room also I never had this like experience from any customer care service

                            I ordered Crocs Literide 360 On Jan 23rd and received it on Jan 27th but due to the issue on its sole I placed the return request on the same date.

                            Since then I am following up on their website/customer Support number and Mail ID but not getting the firm date of this product to get pick up.

                            As per the agent on the call, they had requested another team to raise new return request as the request that I raised on their website, they are not aware about its status as it is showing pending.

                            And when I asked about the new return request number they said it is still not generated by the concern team and they even not aware about its timeline.

                            Please support to get my refund back of Rs 4574
