Defective footwear ( right slipper )

Shoe totally fade

I bought crocs because of its quality and what i got is a cheap quality product that after one wash it will be totally fade. And it is happening in both (left &right ) shoe, what is this why is happening.
The cost was around ₹4995/-after discount i get Rs2257/-.Such a high price product with very low quality should not be in market.

Crocs LiteRide tear

Used Crocs LiteRide barely for 1 year. That too exclusively INDOOR use. Pathetic quality for Rs.4500. Immensely disappointed by multiple tears. Even the strap which wasn't used tore apart. Can't imagine about customers who had used it outdoors....

Poor Material used shoes get worn and damaged without use

I've been a crocs fan for a long time and recently like about 9 months ago, i purchased a pair of Crocs Lite Ride slippers from one of your exclusive outlet in kerala.
