Crocs India — Crocs lite ride torn

This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased a pair of crocs lite ride a couple of months ago (I do not have the bill of purchase with me anymore for the exact date reference) and to my utter disappointment, my crocs have already got torn marks. I had used the crocs bayaband clogs earlier for almost 3 years and then purchased the crocs lite ride.

This is very dissatisfactory for me as I never expected crocs as a brand would leave me in this situation.

I request you to consider this complaint and suggest me a proper compensation for the same.

I would really appreciate it if I could get a replacement for my damaged crocs. The pictures of my crocs are attached to this email for your reference.
