Crocs India — Crocs sandals purchased thru amazon india online. Strap damaged

. I purchased the crocs on 3-4-2023. The straps were damaged. I have sent photos also. The warranty period is below 90 days.
But crocs customer support team aren't responding.
Kindly Intervene in this matter to do justice to me.
