Crocs India — Crocs sole damage complain

My name is Swarangi Raviraj Chauhan and I bought these crocs from Inorbit Mall Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 19th june 2022 and they are so much damaged within a year that I don’t even have an option of repairing them. I request to look out into my concern as soon as possible. I have attached the pictures below
