I have been using crocs swiftwater sandals and I have encountered that back belt has been cut while I was wearing it, such a poor thing I have used it for only 2 months and it’s not worth the price, the company outlets or the shops are not responding for even paid repair and failed to claim the service within warranty and also please do don’t ruin the company name .

The thing I have ordered is crocs men citrus yellow and I got c12 in size and it's colour is charcoal and green please refund the money and it's the second time.This is cheating me and I am a regular customer.
If you don't proceed my complaint then I would definitely go for an another option.And refund me my money..
