I bought crocs sandals from Ajio, the strap of which broke during the warranty period.
The Company is not replacing my product despite my product being in the warranty period also they are not even making an effort to understand the issues that the customer is facing.
They are offering discount coupon to redeem on website but firstly that product is RS 2000 more expensive on their website, they want to first cheat customers by offering poor quality product and then making them pay extra to buy the same product.
Secondly this product is not even available on the website for my size, so effectively i wont even be able to redeem the coupon. Further, they are not addressing my concerns at all, Email attached
