Crocs India — Defective footwear

Dear sir,
we have purchased a crocs footwear from crocs store DLF Mall, Noida UP on April 12, 2022. it gives us pain to inform you that footwear has worn out in just four months.

for your reference i am attaching a few photographs of the footwear and a copy of statement of my credit card indicating the date of purchase and payment made.

you are requested to replace the footwear at the earliest please.
