Crocs India — Product issue

Hi . I have purchased i platform crocs from you . It’s been a while now around 2 years . The product and usability is great . I have never had issues but for the past month or so I have been having some issues . The crocs seems to make sounds while waking and even when k shake it as though some small balls are in there . The edges are all intact so there is no way any stone could have entered . It’s there in both the crocs more so on the right. I have taken a video for your perusal .
