Hello, I had ordered a crocs silder on 13 August 2022, it was delivered on 19 August 2022, it was a size shorter so i request for return, my return was accepted and it was taken by delivery agent on 22 August 2022, then it was inspected and all was clear and I got mail that my money will be refunded in 5-7 days, they asked for my bank details, then I give my bank details, and it's been more than 9 days they didn't refunded my money, they are not replying my mail from 4 days, and didn't answer my single call yet, I have called over 100 times, their customer service is very very poor, i am a student and I have money issues, but they are not understanding, if they are busy in some other issues, then atleast they should mail me, and give a time period, but they are not doing that also, they are not replying my mail, if they will not refund my money in 2-3 days, I will file a case against them in consumer court Was this information helpful? |
