A pair of faulty crocs was delivered to me (via id:[protected], from shopcrocs.In), on the 11th of august 2022. Today is the 17th of august 2022.
1. Nobody is answering since then on their number mentioned on their website- +[protected].
2. I have written 7 emails to them on [protected]@shopcrocs.In- all unanswered.
3. Have been trying to contact them since last 3 days via facebook...Still in vain.
4. The order status is still "not updated" on the website...How am i supposed to request for a return????
pathetic customer support from crocs india.
